I took off one third of the rows but didn't reduce the circumference and for comparison here it is alongside the previous one

sorry about the photies - the light is appalling and its the phone/camera

Mrs Moneypenny were they really that small?? what sort of width/circumference ? I am happy to attempt them but have no conception of the size. My IS hats
were all done in DK and chunky - to do them quickly (not a fan of the hand knitting)

welcome back Pippa.s Oh and Sharon it must be such an exciting time for you......... I am jealous!

Good morning everybody.we are off to Cornwall for a couple of nights on a super dooper Groupon voucher. I think a couple of days walking by the ocean will do us good.
Lots and lots of love to you all.
My next intention is to get to grips with image shack after Jean took the time to leave all the instructions as photos really do brighten up this little spot of MSE and I miss my bonkers ones.

Lovely posts from everyone so glad about all the good news xxx
Try and do a good deed every day.

    Hi everyone

I hope you are all well. I've been in washerwoman mode doing all the tha laundry from the holiday home that I look after here. Luckily, I got it all dry yesterday, and thought I would come on here first before I tackled all the ironing!

Chalky - have a lovely time in Cornwall. There's nothing like walking by the sea to soothe the soul, and I expect you are a whirl of emotions right now.

Shaz - a new baby is such a wonderful thing to look forward to, isn't it?

Jean - I hope you are taking time out for the odd cuppa now and then! All your hats are gorgeous.

PSSO - going up to Attic24 land must be really tempting. I hope you can go; would love to hear all about it!

Pippa - glad you had a good time with the girls. The school holidays have whizzed by, haven't they? My DGD2 starts school in September; I don't know where all the time goes!

F1 - hope Edna has gone now.

Mrs Moneypenny - hope you had a good holiday.

I have just done the update, which you can find here:

    My update: Baby hats 4

    Have a good day, everyone.
