F1 - anyone can add their totals today for including in the last update. It won't be a problem to add them, I promise! I hope you start feeling 'lovely' soon, although I am sure you really are lovely. Hugs to you.

Pam - I am finally getting squares for Dawn off in the post today. I hope it's not too late.

Hello everyone - a nice bright day here but very breezy! mrs-mp, Kathy - no worries, I've almost finished the first push at Dawn's blanket & will start spreading out the kiddies ones later today. I'm hoping to have them all finished by the end of the weekend as I'm hoping to meet up with Dawn some time next week to get some stuff to take up to Lou at Glenrothes show.

Best wishes to you all and loving ((Hugs)) to those that need them

Thanks, Pam. My squares are coming from France but, hopefully, will not take too long to get to you. Hugs to you and to Dawn, too.

Happy St Georges Day, also Shakespeare's birthday and World Book Night!

    http://www.worldbooknight.org/ 20,000 volunteers give away 400,000 books

I'm giving out 20 copies of The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde

9 given out so far, just having a cuppa and relax before going out with the next batch.

Knittingwise I'm on my second two needle sock and when that's done I'll return to some charity knitting for a bit.
The two needle sock does involve sewing up; I think in future I'll cast on and do the cuff on two needles and then do the rest on more needles.
I do like this pattern's idea of k1 sl1 for a row, then purl a row for the back of the heel, it feels stronger.

Hugs to all - I've not caught up for a bit but I'll try to do so soon.

Lots of love to one and all. We have spent the whole day sorting. Stuff, stuff and more stuff. Plus lots of photos. Happy memories tucked in.

I hope everyone is pooling along nicely in this gorgeous weather. It will be lovely for your mum kathy as I expect the home have activities outside when the weather is nice. sorry about your bathroom. Leaks are the worst!!

psso hope your greenhouse is sorted soon.

f1 Hope everything a little less worrying with you now. I have been thinking about you a lot xxx

pfungiwonderful work on the blankets. I bet they are wonderful.

mrs Moneypennyhope the shirt went down well

jean hope your finger is better to.day

I got up this morning and immediately started on my Crafting cupboard. It was a mess. So after a bit of stroking, folding and sorting everything is under control again. Well just about. The cupboard of doom under the stairs is next.

We seem to have flighty feet just now. We are off for a few a week to Cornwall, I have some serious candle blowing to do at the weekend. I am actually bemused as to how I am celebrating? such a big number. But there we are. Family plus William joining us for the weekend so I am hoping this lovely weather lasts.

Wadebridge is such a pretty town I am hoping to have a poke about there. Not that there is anymore room in the now tidy Craft cupboard but looking is nice too.

I absolutely hate packing and have been procrastinating all day so I must go and get it done. A hook and some yarn will have to hop in. But we are hoping to do a lot of walking. Just as well to shift the cake!!!

Take care lovely friends. Thanks as always for all the knicker help. Not achieved yet but will be on the list on our return xxxxxx
Try and do a good deed every day.
