    Morning all
Lovely day here cold but sun is shining and it always makes me feel better
Thank you for your kind thoughts , I am still coughing and spluttering but it feels like its on the way out thank goodness :T

ginnyknit - I am sooo pleased the news was better for your OH it is such a relief to have some good news isn't it?:) I hope your knee is better now.
Glad you liked the freeform wall hanging we had some fun on that and to make it easier for creativegranny to put it together we all decided on a 6" squarish shape. Not easy as freeform is adding bits here and there as you feel like it. I started with a smallish crochet circle, then got the knitting needles out and knitted into it for a few stitches, did a few rows straight then cast off and started on the other side of the circle with some fluffy yarn and did a few tr's, it makes an odd shape but then I joined it together with chains of a different yarn.
Thats about it, anything goes with freeform use lots of different yarns, ply's,colours, hooks and needles even ribbon and buttons anything you like and you will be amazed at what you end up with...go on give it a go...I have been doing a piece for a few weeks now I just pick it up when I feel like it and do a bit :)
O dear I have rambled on :o can you tell I am a freeform convert :rotfl:

Off to put some pics on flickr then sort out some yarn I have had given me.

OH has gone to the Post Office to send a square off to a lady in America to go into a blanket she is making for her Father, he is very ill and she asked for our help (on Rav SIBOL thread)so she can give him the blanket for Christmas, it is all so sad.

Take care all and keep warm
    Love to all Ax

Hi everyone - I'm having internet problems (again!) so I can only post now and again when the connection is behaving itself. It appears to be a problem at France Telecom's end, not mine. A friend of mine a few miles away was offline but her problem is sorted out and she's going to try the helpline again for me this morning to try and find out what's going on. It's a flipping nuisance but, as with everything in France, the powers that be won't be hurried.

I hope all is well and I really hope I'll be up and running properly soon.

    Hugs to you all.

  • morning hope all are well and managing to stay dry it is horrible out there today.
spent sunday making 33 little felt stockings for the kids in 'my' class, i knittied a stocking each last time i had infants at christmas and was feeling a little guilty that i hadnt had tme this year so i got my stash out and found enough felt and glittery ribbon to quickly make them one each. i will tell them if they are good between getting them and breaking up they will find a sweetie of some sort appears in them (blatent bribery at its best LOL)

going to try and get labels sorted out tis week - well if i dont its going to be TOO LATE given the fayre is on saturday!!!!! not that im panicing honest need to sort out DS2s camping gear as well luckily they are camping in purpose built huts on a proper scout site so shouldnt get washed away.

hope everyone is feeling a bit better than they were last week and kathy i hope your interweb is behaving again soon love and good wishes to you and your family (that also goes for everyone on here)

Good morning everybody and lots of love tucked in.
F1 ... Off to read your message . My eyes have been on cloud nine!!!
Kathy. Blimmin Internet. Thinking of you often and your family.
Jean . Thank you so much for info . I amso frustrated as I don't want to start another photo sharing system. The trouble is me..... I hate reading instructions and photo bucket has obviously changed whilst I was not looking!
Mrs Moneypenny good luck on Saturday.
ginny. Hope things are calm with you and yours. Xthanks for following my blog. I really appreciate your support and lovely comments about young William.

Pippa .. Are you feeling better. I hope so.

lots of love to you all. I think it would be lovely to see some friends posting. I am thinking of the next Kiss the Geezers challenge in 2013.but we will see.

I am trying to get all my bits and pieces finished. The butterfly syndrome has been too much in evidence of late! But priority at the moment is to get DMIL organised for Christmas. She is fretting just now!
Try and do a good deed every day.
