Shaz enjoy your break and hopefully your shoulders will be relaxed and you will be able to enjoy Christmas - I always know when things are better, when my shoulders arent around my ears
F1 we can always come and kidnap you, will that help, then put you in someones spare room with a nice fire and a basket of wool, choccies to hand - sound good?
roamin you have an entire world of snowmen there, how do you do so many, I would be sincerely sick of the sight of them by then
Mrs Twins, never worry, I am just happy the post got to you and theres not a lonely parcel of blankets sat in a sorting office. Thank you for your Pm.
Well my foot seems to be not to bad, but knee is twingy. OH took my boot off for me at teatime and I was worried what I would find or even if the boot would come off. I dont really have to go far on foot till Wednesday hospital so it will be fine by then. Thank you all for your kind wishes for OH test results, he is quite calm and keeping very busy making things. Luckily, long ago he fitted a light in the garden shed so we have a chair and a little fan heater in there so he can go out and do little woodworking projects in peace which is helping pass his time.
I just need to get him through till Wednesday with no upsets so he can cope with whatever they throw at us. hugs ginnyClearing the junk to travel light

Ginnyknit - sending only positive thoughts your way for the whole of this week. Have you tried Arnica (gel/cream/tablets) great for all sorts of injuries like your foot - knock on effect on your knee). Snowmen are done on the knitting machine one takes about 2 minutes..............can't get fed up with that now can you! Its the sewing stuffing I don;t go a bundle on
F1 - will clear a bed for you, but don't bother with the lemsip it doesn't work with me.
back later - car off for a service today and I need to get it into the garage early........or I will be last in the queue!
Love and cuddles to you all

Hello everyone xx lots of love tucked in.
Well, the upside of taking it a bit easy is that you can spend the morning writing the Christmas cards.... Woohoo all done and hopefully not any errors!!
Ginny . Glad foot was not too bad. Arnica is brilliant. Thinking about you both.
Pippalovely to have you back in the fold but sorry you have got the lurgy. You didn't stop off at Roamin's did you? Glad little parcel was there to welcome you home. Love to you both xx

hello all, just got back from hospital, cancer not grown, bloods in acceptable limit so no action for a year. However the specialist said any problems re bladder or anything just ring his secretary and we can have an appointment straight away. Feeling much better now and can relax a little. It means I can get on with Christmas now without worrying about more hospital trips. His nerve damage is getting worse and he fell again last night but theres nothing anyone can do about that just keep him comfortable.
Thank you all for your kind thoughts it helps me a great deal hugs ginny
Pippa hope you feel better today, fancy bringing back the lurgy after a lovely break

Any time Mrs MP it was a pleasure to help. I may do a lot more of the octo-thingies
, when I finish what Im doing now. Hobbycrafts yarn is on 3 for the price of 2 now so I got a ball of dark cream and one of milky coffee as well as the usual white - I use so much white its unbelievable.
Mrs Twins, the freeform blankie looks lovely, if I did one it would look a mess, thats if I could force myself not to do squares :rotfl: I now do all my squares exactly the same size and just keep adding to the box in between other projects so I know I have a few blankets on the go in various shades - saves me trying to remember what size hook I used.
Hugs to all xxClearing the junk to travel light
