    Diana you have been busy. I hope your dear brother is beginning to adjust with the loss of Lily. I am sure Lola is a wonderful comfort.

    Shaz.S oaks are going great guns. I hope things are still going well with the bots. I am sure they are beginning to realise as they mature all you have done for them. Hope Carpal TUnnel is not too painful.

    Jean I have p.m,d you. But in case anyone is going down the chutney route I do peel and core but dwhack apples in processor to chop.

    We are off to the New Forest today to celebrate a lifelong friends 60th birthday. We all had a terrible hangover after her hilarious 50th so I am determined to be more mindfully this time!!!!!

    I am still keeping fairly calm re. Wedding flowers next week but tummy is doing a little jump when I think about it all. I keep watching you tube videos and it all looks fine but that is not at 4.00 a.m WIsh you lot were close so we could have a day of it next Friday!

    Ha ha have just read my last post and I was doing it on the IPad not Lappy and have made so many typo errors. So sorry ---hope you can all make sense of it.There is another reason as Pungi knows but I am not thinking about that yet.

    Afternoon all
    cold here today, been shopping then went to Moms this morning, the DR came in on Tuesday and gave her an injection in her knee he said it should ease the pain for her, she has osteoporosis and arthiritis so it isn't a solution but will help a little

    chalky - no probs...just thought you had joined jean and me in a glass or 2 of the vino:beer::rotfl:looking forward to seeing you on Monday will PM you re time etc

    jean - thanks for the info I will try them next time I have a parcel ready to go. thanks for links as well some great stuff on there, I have them in my fav's
    shaz + chalky - yes I am so lucky, he is a lovely son and has always looked after my car, when it's something that OH can't do

    ginnyknit - is OH feeling more relaxed after his sleepydays, hope DS got off to Cuba ok, and did you enjoy your wander the other day?

    I did a Daffodil square for the MrsTwins Marie Curie challenge a couple of days ago it's not until next year but I wanted to try out a pattern someone had posted on Rav, also had a go at some freeform crochet/knitting my hook kept wanting to go round and round or across, not in and out and up and down...hmmm not too sure about this freeform malarky... will try and post a pic ...

  • I love it Anne.........I saw a bag done free form and it look fantastic, well done for at least having a go.
    GINNYKNIT - the wee bit of sage wool that has been all around the houses up to Manchester and back again is off on its travels yet again, with luck they will deliver it this time right to your door.....I hope so anyway.

    Chalky thank you for the kind thoughts. Had a day and a half off from caring so did lots of crafty things and went out for a peaceful wander in the shops too. Spent 68p today after going all the way to the town centre for a mooch and I got a free bus ticket too, I begin to wonder of Im a pennypincher or just tight :rotfl: You will be fine with the flowers, you are more than capable, I was worried the first time I did them but its easy peasy now x

    It's quiet in here lately, hope you are all busy with nice things and not upset or poorly...

    Raining here and brrrr it's sooo cold where did the summer go? we had a few days here and there but nothing much to speak of...feel like I have been in cold weather clothes all year

    I am itching to make a start on a hanging thingy I have seen but darent yet for a while, so I will source the yarn I need and then get it all ordered when we get back

    Dear all just a quick one from me to say ive packed up at last my parcels to some of you now just to get them to the post office
    Mrs moneypenny have sent you a pm for pm for your address, puppetlady have not forgotten you this year., and chalky

    I'm bowing out for a little while as problems have got the better of me- will still be thinking of you all, your poorly families your far away families

    My bad mood has meant I've put my foot in it over on loving hands trust me - was more than happy justto. To hand over mystash today but hey who would miss some of mylala knitting x
    (don't want to let chalky feel alone so have left my predictive text errors in!)
    Bye for now and thank you all you never know the black mood might have lifted in few days andiwil roll back like a bad penny xxxps am dying to see and hear about the "roamin" kitchen xx
