A bit about me - I am an avid knitter but really only enjoy knitting small toys and baby clothes as I am impatient and want to get it done asap to see the finished result!!!
I have currently knitted quite a lot of toys and am currently knitting a babies all in one (with bunny ears) for an expectant mum, a scarf for a pressie for a work colleague and also a duck!! this is all on the go at the moment (time allowing).
Please feel free to ask me anything, hope to speak to you all soon and get to know you.
I also try to post stuff on the forums when it is something I know about!!:j

Oh Taralou ---- you sound exactly our sort of person. Just pull up your chair, get out your wool and you are so welcome to join our little woolly world. I do hope you stay as so much good is achieved by the lovely people on here ---- not all woolly either!Have a look on Wooligans which is a Yahoo group where we post a lot of pictures of our projects. If you apply to join ( which takes a second )- kathy accepts you and then you can have a look
Mrs M--- Thinking of you today and sending a gentle hug.
ISOM --- Thank you so much for leaving a comment for Charlotte.
Her work is so lovely Iggle Piggle and Macca Pacca is a must for anyone with little ones but it is a bit disheartening when its only me that leaves a comment. So thanks for taking the time to give her some encouragement:)
Well a bit of a retro day here today -Last winter when we were in Spain we heard on Radio 2 that the Magic of Motown was touring in the summer. When we checked venues it was coming to Torquay. We miss the family when we are away so thought it would be great to book tickets. Well the day has arrived and I thought I would continue the retro theme witha Good Food Sweet and Sour Chicken Tea before the show. So I will do a little bop for anyone else who is of that era!! Perhaps its just me though!
Will try and pop back later x to all

Chalky - thought I'd leave a quick message on the blog but unable to as not a member/signed up or whatever to Google account or any of the other things. Sorry - did try! This is what I wanted to say:
Love the Iggle Piggle and Macca! My nephew was mad about In The Night Garden when he was little and so one Christmas I made him an Iggle Piggle blankie by blanket stitching a red fleece - not as much work as your toys though! Very impressed that you can design as well as crocheting so beautifully!"
Dashing out the door now, Bath here I come! See you all next week, take care and love and hugs to all including our very welcome newbies!0
