Good morning and although I am sure you will not want to be back in France Kathy we shall be very glad to have you back online!!!
I hope you had the most marvellous time --In fact I am sure you will have done !xx

F1 -- They will be great -- It is actually more difficult if the squares are bigger than the 6". I usually put one border edge around each square so can work in a looser tension if they are a bit small. Thank you so much you are a star.

ISOM=-- I hope the way forwards is a little clearer for you now xxx Judgements made by other people are really reflections of their own inadequacies but that actually is no help when you have to bear them!

    Shaz-- Lots of love xx

A big hug to one and all and I hope everyone will feel up to popping in soon .
Scaffolding still going up and bed going out so last sleep here for a while :(
Try and do a good deed every day.

isom, hope the support meeting went well

managed to find a printer cable in one of my many many boxes, and have successfully set up my printer with no help, :jwhich is an achievement for me cos technology isnt my thing. apparently printers dont always come with the cable to connect to computer, kodak ones certainly dont.
have printed off two mens vest patterns to show friend tonight, hopefully he will like one of them, if not more searching to be done
    hugs all
    shaz xxx
loves to knit and crochet for others
  • well done Shaz......new you could do it.....I am currently having a go at the link below (LH member) if I 'get it' I intend trying it for small cribs - you know how I feel about them.....I have a couple of drawbacks......I don't have size 10mm hook so trying 7mm right now and have a 15mm in reserve for the next plenty of sheets but no time for ripping them up (a bit like an old cowboy movie - boil the water and rip up sheets) after the trial will let you all know how it goes.

OH Anne if your DH is back in Greggs...............ICED BUN / DEVONSHIRE SPLIT for me PLEASE I will send the money - don't eat it - I will come and pick it up! ha ha

  • Thought I'd just pop in to say 'Hello'. I'm working on my fourth SANDS shawl now and have got a friend interested so we're going to both contribute to filling a box with them and then split the postage. This one is from really nice (quite expensive) yarn and such a pleasure to knit after #3 which was cheap and nasty and ruined my hands!
