    am sending the lads away tomorrow so I can catch up with some of the postings, cleaning, ironing and all the other STUFF that is just piled up in a huge mountain known as my house.

    Hi guys - here is Samuel James, 9pound half ounce, born 7.47pm yesterday following an emergency C section. Mother & baby doing fine.

    Morning Ladies, and I'v finished my cardi, bar sewing the button's on, and sorted some wool out to start a blanket with.

    Well done on finishing the cardi boult...I always loathe the fiddly bits at the end...what blanket will you do?
    After much deliberation Im going to do attic24's hexagon blanket for me with blue edgings - just got 10 balls of cheapie and will use existing stash for the rest so off to sort some wool. Flat is slowly getting back to some kind of normality but takes an age to get things away but at least weve had a good tidy. This eve going to a friend for dinner so will have a snooze but meanwhile waiting for ntl guy to come and fix the phone...you never realise how much you use a landline until you dont have one!

  • lola spent a lovely christmas at home lily still poorly but stable so hopefully improving daily and home soon, thank you all so much for your good wishes and prayers for them they have helped.
