morning all, hope everyone is well, just having breakfast before getting dressed, and heading off to visit dawn, am looking forward to a lovely day with a good friend, will update on the day when i get back
am going to try and be good and NOT buy too much wool this time, as i have a loft full of wool, and if i move soon, my dad reckons i'll need a removal lorry just for my wool. a friend also commented if i get a small place, then i'll need a big container outside to store my wool in, wonder if they are all trying to tell me something lol
    hugs all

    Part of the Furniture
    Morning all
Just a quick hello we are off to Mums in a bit to take her shopping over for her, I am stocking her up as much as I can for the next week.

We are off to Devon tomorrow to get the caravan ready for the winter just hope the rain stays away so we can get the awning down in the dry.
This will probably be the last time we are down there this year as OH's radiotherapy will be starting fairly soon it seems to be one delay after another, but with the caravan sorted at least thats one less thing on my mind.

He has to have 2 wisdom teeth out on 17th, wait 2 weeks then the mask will be made, when that is done the treatment will start, and that is Mon - Fri every day for 6 weeks. Luckily we don't have far to go as the QE is just a few minutes away.

Managed to finish the edging on the ripple blanket last night so thats 1 WIP sorted ;)

Be back later for a read through
    TTFN have good days all

PippaS I really hope that the weather is going to comply and be kind enough to let you get the carry anne sorted out.
Mrs Moneypenny - hope you have a good holiday
ISOM - I am still behaving - sometimes
Mrs Twins - I too got "lost" for hours in your blog..........my you have some amazing things I will just have to try harder with the crochet so that I can get half as good as you.
Shaz/Dawn I really hope you managed to eat cake, drink coffee and chat oh and leave SOME WOOL IN THE SHOP FOR OTHERS TO BUY.
So flushed with success I am away to look through the crochet pattern book and see if I can 1) follow a proper pattern and 2) manage to make a flower one! Back a bit later

had a lovely morning with dawn, fabulous company, jam and cream scones with coffee, only rescued a small amount of wool, as really didnt need any, but would have been rude to visit a wool shop and not buy any. hot beef and onion sandwhiches for lunch. and dawn and i have made plans for LH yorkshire group too
afterwards been to visit joshua, seems more settled than previously, but still not very good with money, so i took him to supermarket, and made sure he has proper food in.
off to look for a nice baby/toddler girls pattern to use the lovely lilac sparky baby wool that i bought today
    hugs all
