Miol alas the two teeth next to it are gone and there is only one (which is very back tooth) next to it and thats also filled; crown possibly an option but no bridge as have strong gag reflex...fingers crossed at the mo! Good to know the max price but wonder if thats gone up as I know people locally (Wales) who have paid 300+?Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! HI all.
Thank you all so much for your totals - I will do the update later on this morning!
ISOM - that's a shame. I'm not sure about the charges in Wales. They might be different from England. If someone has paid more than the NHS maximum, they may have had something a bit more specialised and paid the extra. At least your dentist will discuss it with you first! Good luck!
Maytaurus and Mrs MW - thinking of you both.
Well, yesterday turned out to be quite lazy in the end and we just pottered about doing our own thing. DH reverted to his caveman instincts and had a bonfire which cleared up a lot of rubbish. There are a lot of bonfires going on at the moment. We're in farming country and I think everyone's have their last bonfire before it becomes illegal to have one during the warmer months. Warmer months - who am I kidding? It's still quite cool here. It's not so bad when the sun is out but as soon as it goes in the temperature really drops.
I'm now on the hat part of the baby outfit I'm making. Once the whole set is finished, I shall get on with some more charity items.
Anyway, today I suppose I should do some housework to make up for being a slob yesterday.
I'll pop in later and let you know when the update has been done.
Have a great day, everyone.

Kathy, I took out the duplicate Hex jumper line, but apart from that its all fine, well done, and you added the wrist warmer line too so now you see it is supposed to be that easy. Pouring, so I am catching up with the washing....which will probably hang around for a week to get dry but its not that important.
Hugs to all
Jean

Hi Jean
I didn't notice the extra hex line! I knew I'd get something wrong but, you're right, I can see how easy it will be from now on!
We've had that sort of light spitty rain today so no chance of hanging any washing out. I have sorted out a drying space using a couple of radiator airers on the landing and it works very well - well, apart from when I need to dry sheets or bath towels. I hate using the tumble drier but I've had to give in and use it for the big things. When the weather stays damp for days drying the washing is a real problem. I can't remember how I managed when both boys were still at home!
Well, DH is out at a friend's house digging out the trench they started last week. They were going to wait until there was a dry day, but the forecast is for rain all week. The trench needs to be finished because it's dangerous to leave it so they have to get it done.
Anyway, off to make a cuppa.

Flipping miserable here - chucking it down and am in agony. Got an emergency appt which involved an xray and then being told I had to wait until WEDS for them to try and remove root (as in root canal treatment) but added complication that two roots look like they have fused so may not be possible anyway; next option is pay 650 to see a specialist who still wont guarantee it will work so suspect it will be extraction....not a happy bunny, least of all cos am in pain! Will get advice from my dentist friend and go from there...
Did another two octopus legs last night so half way there. Am off sick till weds so hope to get some done...going to sleep in a bit as need to catch up!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -
ISOM - you poor thing. You have all my sympathy. I can't believe they expect you to wait until Wednesday for treatment. Did they advise you on any painkillers? I hope your dentist friend can help.

isom, you have my sympathy, i suffered with the same last year, so i know the pain your going thru, 650 is an awful lot to pay out. guess i'm lucky that i get free dental treatment.
still wet and cold and miserable here, kids doing my head in too, just longing for an hours peace, roll on bed time.
think i'm gonna give in and put tv, and do a few lines of knitting before its time to start tea

ISOM my son had a similar thing with a back tooth all over christmas, finally got it sorted 10th January, so I know you're in a lot of pain. Try Bonjela if that's how you spell it. DS got really sick of eating soup! Gentle hugs sent your way.
Shaz hope you got an hours peace!
mioliere it would be such a shame if the farm enterprise had to stop, not only because of all the hard work everyone's put in but it's all such a good idea, especially in this day and age when farming seems to be all automated. I did write a longer post but my opinion was getting a bit too political so I deleted it, but I bet you know what I'm thinking.
Love to mia's and everyone xxx0
