Bus is amazing! Few knitted throws and maybe the shabby -chicers could give it a bit of redecoration?

Problem with the BUS......I know I am being picky BUT couldn't see an oven - to bake our cakes in and keep our strength up. Left hand drive is not a problem my majic bus (camper is on that side and I haven't managed to kill us yet). Oh and does it have a WET BAR???? Apart from that its FINE, will count the pennies out of the old jug and see what my contribution is going to be. OK....ready for the offsksie I have a map and a SATNAG

ISOM - like it but we just wouldn't all fit in the Veedub.
Ye all have a great day, I shall be cleaning the whole week DS is flying in on Friday for the weekend, don't want him to think my standards have dropped - they were never that high in the first place!

Hi everyone. I'm loving the links to motorhomes and buses; I'm thinking we would definitely need a big one for all of us! Doesn't it all sound like a brilliant idea? I love the thought of going on tour around Europe with you all! We could make it an annual event, couldn't we?

    Anyway, back to reality.

Jean - thank you so much for doing the spready and posting the link to it. You're very clever! I bet you're excited about DS's visit, aren't you?

Maytaurus - thanks for the (((hugs)))!

My tasks today are to tackle the mountain of ironing that keeps looking at me, and to work out how to sort some curtains for two very small oddly-sized windows in our new bedroom without having to do much sewing! I must also do something about preserving the peaches we picked - we found some lovely old Kilner jars in one of the barns (as you do!) and have sterilised them, so I just need to buy some more seals. I read that peaches can be preserved in white wine so I might try that method.

The weather here is gorgeous - cool right now but the sun is already beaming and we had a beautiful sunrise, too. I raced out and took some photos which I will try and get on to my blog later. Yesterday, we went out to visit some friends after collecting the bedlinen from the holiday home, and took a side turning that took us to a stunning chateau, so I will post photos of that, too.

Anyway, hope you are all feeling well and that you have a great day. I see from the news that the UK is enjoying some sunshine, too, so I hope it lasts for all of us!

    Hi

Well I thought my week would be a bit slower last week, but ended up with one of the busiest weeks ever !!! Still there were a lot of blessings in it. Hopefully this week will be a better pace.
I did get some knitting done though in the midst of being in six places at once, so that was a bonus :-)
Had my lad from Cardiff here for the weekend. He's gone on to Canterbury to do a course. He's starting a new job. Still in a jewelers, and still in Cardiff, but a different one. They wanted him to do a course before he starts.
A hug for you Shez and your mum.
Have a blessed and prosperous day. hugs for all who need them ((((hugs)))) Love you all.

Great motorhomes, but we'd need a separate trailer for the wool. An annual event mioliere? It'd take us a year to get round, roamim' would get fed up with the cries of "oh look, stop a minute". As for the toilets, we just stand and look helpless, some poor bloke would do it for us.

    Hugs back maytaurus.

mioliere, peaches in white wine, off to dream......

    Love to everyone xxx

Morning ladies - well come on here to see the sad news from shezmit - we are always thinking of you - take good care love to you and all your family xxxxx

well if roamin can be picky about the buses so can I - one thing you may have all forgotton (and this is me and my de-cluttering/storage OCDs - we need plenty of storage for wool!!!!!!!!!) will we need individual boxes per person or just one huge box ????????

Anyway I will clean the loos as long as we can have an onboard hot-tub :D:D - its nice to have a dream but you never know one day you will be seeing us on the news "Woolly wonders travel Europe for Charity and Sanity!"

Hubby brought me a new ironing board yesterday - does that mean i have to iron????
I want to be lazy today but know that would be toooooo naughty

Have a lovely day - thinking of you all J xxxx
