Afternoon all
its been cold cold cold here for days now...but at least its dry

We have just been sorting out stuff and getting ready for our trip to Dorset we are both really looking forward to it and to catching up with OH's cousin and her hubby.

I have also been working on the 1000 SIBOL blanket, all squares are edged off and I have started joining them together its looking lovely and bright...

OH is well now I think it was just a bug of some sort, he had his cancer check in the week and the oncologist said all is well, it is always a huge sigh of relief, next appointment is in 6 months, another milestone passed :T:T:T

mrs-moneypenny - I expect baby is thriving and growing quickly
Ginnyknit - Hope your Oh is doing ok now and managing to relax a bit
kathy - Continuing good wishes and sending positive healing vibes Sams way...and HUGE (((HUGS))) for you xx
chalky - glad you are settling down a bit now it does take a while does'nt it? Is the blanket the one you worked on when your DMIL was ill?

well I better go get the rest of the stuff finished

with extra squares being sent to CHALKY - She came up with the cobbled scarves - how clever is that? These could be donated locally to homeless shelters saving on postage. Thank you Linda for a great idea

Made a start on a little tank top for him but I'm cross stitching today as I haven't done any for ages.

I hope to get another couple of the units for the office/knitting machine/bedroom built today but the weather is dreadful so running out and in and dragging mud behind me is no fun.
