Ginny, I hope your DH is feeling better now he is home.
We had rain last night too. I had hoped to get the lawn mowed. The back garden is still too wet but managed to get the front done so at least it looks respectable.
Looks as if there might be a couple of things worth watching on TV tonight so can get some knitting done.

Happy birthday to Prfungi. Have a great day!

Chalky - we are all dying to know what the gas-filled thingy is, especially if it provides more cupboard space!

Just taking a breather before we fire up the barbecue now that we have a properly sunny evening out there. DS1 and Co are here and the house is filled with family - I love it and don't want them to go!

A photie would perhaps have helped us decipher that one.

Well I would love to put photos on... Perhaps you remember the days of beautiful bonkers Chalky but no can do. ( can't get into Flikr) so let's have a think. When we had the house refurbished some high cupboards were put in situ in our utility room. Now I am a shortie so can't keep the doors open and access them at the same time. SO Doh bought a new kind of hinge which has a gas cylinder in them. So, when you open them the gas cylinder keeps them open . So yours truly can balance on a chair and stash more goodies away! Have you lovely lot got it now?

I bet you have some too somewhere

Well I am faffing. I need a new project. Think I will get back to the charity bits.

  • Gas Hinges......... well I will go to the foot of my stairs..........
Flikr - may require you to go in via a yahoo account - it does for me.......... I wouldn't have slept tonight wondering what it was!

Good morning everybody... One gas strut has no gas so got to go back to Fleabay. A bit like me most days

We are going to a place called Trago a Mills this morning ... Before Football focus starts I might add! Not too good for wool but brilliant for haberdashery.

I need some sandals I can walk in too. Archie needs me mobile!!!

f1andy would approve BIG time x enjoy your crafting.
