F1you are an absolute star. That is brilliant . So even. There is going to be no holding you. Parking the purse together is fine. Just remember with crochet that old song" don't worry be happy" it is the most forgiving craft xx

Hello one and all and some Sunday love tucked in
f1are you still on cloud nine?

Well I don't " do " early but I was at our local car boot sale by eight this morning. The pillow I made with the shirts was so successful I have decided to do done more for our local charity Hannah's .

I looked on Fleabay for shirts yesterday but by the time you add postage they were a lot. But, the boo tie was great( ages since I've been to one) anyway brilliant shirts from 10p to £1 ... Oh, and 5 balls of wool jumped in my bag. A nearly new scooter for William's Christmas holiday if the weather is kind and some great DVDs if it's not.

I am making draw string bags at the moment. Some for C ********* and some for charity. Lining them makes them look really lovely.

It's showery here so said shirts are having a good rinse!!!

    Love to you all.

I hope you are well and all the poorlys are recovering :)

We have our DGD's with us now for our annual week of day trips and spoiling, we are off to Stratford-on-Avon Monday or Wednesday depending on the weather, we have promised them a trip down the river and a look at Anne Hathaways cottage then a meal on the way home
They also asked to go to Sarehole Mill,I hope the Tolkien Society are there again we had a wonderful time last year making lanterns for the festival of light in Moseley, and they want to go blackberrying while we are there so we can make blackberry and apple crumble again, also a climb around the Mill and a walk through the woods then round the back to the water-mill...sounds like I will need my walking shoes...

just looked on the little yellow duck map and saw the frst duck i dropped off was found so really pleased about that. i left the 2nd one outside the burlington hotel later in the week and it was gone when we walked back past about an hour later. so i know that found a home as well.

ran out of embrodery thread so did some of the back up knitting i took with me - started the 2nd front on a cardi.

hugs to all that need them especially those with loved ones who they are worrying about.

I have had my breakfast, walked the dog, now having a swift coffee prior to hitting the sweatshop.
Decided to pop in and wish you ALL a spectacular day, full of joy, love and happiness - a bit of sunshine wouldn't go amiss either.

    - afternoon - Just where is it written that when I want to be in the sweatshop - I have to 1) be doing the feeding of the washing machine?
    2) pegging out on the line? 3) sorting out DH's mess on his computer so that he can watch some daft telly programme?
because I have spent a very busy morning - only managed to put some elastic into the top of a wee frock!!! gggrrrr
perhaps the knitting machine will be a far better option for me.

Mega dose of the dreaded neuralgia . A by product of chicken pox at 34 and three episodes of shingles since. Feeling massively sorry for myself is an understatement just now. Strong enough tablets to deal with the pain makes me like a zombie. And we are supposed to be away for one night tomorrow to celebrate 38th wedding anniversary.
The gentlest hugs will be hugely appreciated.
    Off back to bed x
