Hugs to all looking after poorly relatives and spending time at hospitals - such difficult times.

Extra big hug to Chalky - dont be sad it spoils the memories of the last few weeks. But banging vaccuum cleaners is allowed.

Things have slowed down here today. Dd's Oh is back today from his course and hopefully Dgs will settle down now. Its been so hard, he was very confused with school stopping, child minder had a holiday and daddy back and forth. I have been on call night and day - autism is the cruellest thing, I left there yesterday hiding my tears till I got in the car. Between the boy and the hubby I havent had a nights sleep in a bloomin fortnight.

Oh well onwards and upwards, just finished making cardboard dice for table decs at Ds's blessing. making 36 little boxes was fine till I worked out I needed over 700 spots to turn them into dice  nipped to Hobbyc and bought the only punch for a circle and it was the exact size I needed :j started last night sticking the spots on and now Im done.

Just come in from digging in the poly tunnel (it gets far to hot later) so off for a shower and some proper weekend clothes. The one and only road to our house is blocked all this weekend as there is a Bike Race going on all around us - no problems for me - DH will be down at the end of the road with the soft chair, the sandwiches and some cold drinks no doubt - BLISSSSSSSSS

    Morning all
Raining here wet but very welcome :)

We are 'fish-sitting' at the mo with DGS's goldfish he loves his little fish :)...very relaxing watching him dashing around the tank...I text a progress report every day to whichever port they are in ;) had a postcard yesterday from Monte Carlo addressed to the blinkin fish !!!:rotfl:

Mom had her fall just before they went away so DS2 took DGS to see her, she was so happy to see him...

Mom is eating a little bit better,
Physio is not going well the nurse said yesterday they are holding off with it for a while as she just hasn't the strength to even stand, she's stumbled a couple of times and bruised herself
The x-ray was fine, and after repeatedly telling them about the knee that was due to be replaced a while ago but wasn't because of her 'mini' stroke, they had a look at that as well,it's the same side as the broken hip, they decided to hold off with the physio and sit her by the bed to do some gentle leg strengthening, and help her amble along at her own pace
But she is quite cheerful and chats away to the lady in the next bed.

Hope you are all well sending lots of (((HUGS))) to you all I will pop in again later
    Love Anne xx
sorry I have rambled on this morning :o

Good morning one and all and a bit happier dose of love tucked in. Feeling a bit better today after the most terrible night. Turned the light off at midnight .up by 1.30. Back to bed at 4.00 a.m and then awake this morning.

BUT the toys are away, the easel packed up, the Williamisation returned to each cupboard and out of sight. The Hoover has been purring, the washing machine whizzing and now I am contemplating my next Crafty pursuits. Thank you all so much for all [all/I]your virtual hugs. I appreciate you all so much.

Well I am sorry if I have been preoccupied. I hope mums in particular continue to improve. These falls are a nightmare.

Ginnythose die are Mazing. What are they going to be used for?what do you use to pits your photos please?

pippa love to Mum. I hope she continues to keep in good spirits. It helps so much.

mrs Moneypenny I hope your MiL also continues to progress well. I am sure it helps with the holidays so that you are a little more able to visit.

    f1 lots of love.

jeani am just about to harvest my first lot of runner beans. All that William watering helped a great deal. I am trying to get into Flikr as I have so many photo I would like to share but it's not playing with me!!!!!

kathyhave you got over your hectic weekend yet?

dibuzz I hope that hand gets better soon. Don't talk circulars to me!!!!

pssohow is gentle exercises going? I hope the new car is proving a boon.
Try and do a good deed every day.

Afternoon all - west ham just about to kick off so I'm out on a limb !

Chalky sorry you had a bad night hope tonight better - housework and then craft sounds good to me perfect prescription the craft but not so much housework ..... Xxx

Chalky is right all these poor mums that are unwell - a few weeks ago my mum had her office chair pumped right low to sort shoe cupboard out, slipped off and landed on a pair if shoes - leg came up black almost immediately huge lump - trip to hospital - they said its a massive hemotoma (?) anyway still not great nurses see her at drs twice a week to squeeze it (yuk) apparently it now has a hole in it ??? She is on crutches so as not to put pressure on leg and cause more blood problems - bit worried that it doesn't seem to be getting better - yesterday they put a "honey bandage" on it apparently an old fashioned remedy - mum says it's very sticky!!!

Weather has changed and my bones have decided to say haha we are back and going to annoy you

Ginny- those boxes are fantastic you've done a great job xxx

Soooooo what craft/charity things is anyone on this weekend ? I'm on my second Aran child's hat

Am off now fancy a cuppa and might as well get needles out and listen to something on headphones whilst doh and ds watch football

Hugs and love tucked in xx j xxx
