Just been readin through ur diary. I am well impressed with all ur efforts. I ave subscribed. Hope thats ok. I look forward to bein able to pick ur brains on these surveys etc. Think I,ll also ave another go ebayin. I got abit fed up with the fee side of it. bites into the profit!!! I 2 do alot of bakin and am gettin quite gd at shoppin in lidl first then across at tescos for any bits. savin me quite abit. Gd luck with everything. Chin up

I'm getting up in the morning and making cakes before the kids get up now!! I'm sure the reason these forums help is because I'm so competetive!!

:mad:AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I HATE BARCLAYCARD.

I paid £200 off my card the other day through there website, just checked my bank account and they have taken 2 lots of £200 but only 1 lot of £200 is showing as credited on BC account, have rung A&L who i bank with and they have said because i went through BC website to pay it is there mistake anyway A&L gave me transaction numbers and have rung BC, who were'nt very helpful but are looking into it and it could take up tp 28 days, really not happy, feel like crying, why can't things just be simple for me:mad:.

Also done meter readings for this week electric we have used £19.47, fair enough little higher than normal but ok.
Gas OMG we have used £19.57 :eek:in one week, even though the wood burner is going 24-7, can't believe it i knew that the CH had come on quite a bit with this cold weather, but to use that much we just can't afford to keep using that everyweek and its only the beginning of winter:(.

£19 of Ebay money has hit bank account but i'm going to have to leave it there for now and not pay it off BC as i don't know whats happening about this £200 that they have messed up.

Oh dear PWPS - that's bad luck. Perhaps you can email them pointing out the error and telling them you will be holding them responsible for any charges incurred due to their mistake?

it really winds me up that they can take money in an instant but it takes so long to reutrn it - I was owed an ASOS refund a few weeks back and it took them nearly three weeks to hit my account - that's just not good enough in this day and age. They could have sent me a cheque refund by carrier pigeon quicker!

Oh and I didn't get up before the kids and make cakes, we ran out of butter and it was too cold to go and get some more!!

Thats really a bad blow on the barclaycard!! They really should refund much quicker. Why do things always work in the banks favour!! As for ur gas use thats got me shakin. Mine been on constant since weekend n I,ve not log burner only electric fire so how much as mine cost me!!!! masses i bet but u got to b warm. How do you find out weekly usage? Wishin the snow would go. Have a gd weekend

Thanks for all your kind words guys, feeling a bit brighter and more positive today.

The lost £200 is now showing online on my BC account, so at least its arrived somewhere, was going to ring them up and go mad and state that it should be returned to my bank account, but think i will leave it and try to manage, hubby has been lovely and has said he will give me someexra money this month with it being christmas, don't think i will manage any more over payments to BC this month.

Working all day today so going to have get organised and find something for lunch.

Have a sainsburys food order coming tonight, hopefully this will last us the month,except for the things we need for christmas day.

I'm finding ebay really slow at the moment, hardly anything seems to be selling, its free listing this weekend so going to se if i can find a few things to put on. Surveys are really slow as well and i don't seem to be getting many.

Regarding finding out my weekly usage of gas and electric, i am with scottishpower i can put my meter readings in online, it updates my account and tells me how much i have used, i think you can do this with other companies as well.
