  • CCL you can hijack my diary anytime:).
EB69 will have a look later on.

Shattered today, been at work all day, seemed to have spent most of it changing children out of soggy clothes and constantly repeating myself with the same phrases '' fasten your coat'' '' put on your gloves'' ''wheres your hat'' '' DON'T YOU DARE THROW THAT SNOWBALL AT ME:mad:''.

Kinda NSD paid milkman £8.00 but paid by cheques, so won't actually clear until next week so not counting it today;).
Ebay bids are at £6 and postie brought me a bottle of fairy washing up liquid with 4 x 50p coupons.
  • Oh how sad and upset I am that I'm not working in a school anymore! lol :D

  • Hi, yes mostly from surveys, seem to have had loads recently.

Made another £11 last night on ebay, rest of things listed don't finish until weekend, so will withdraw what i've made from paypal and throw at BC, also payday today, so need to sort where money is going think i will pay £200 off BC and then any bits that come my way.
  • Another full on day at work, its still freezing cold and snowy and all i want to do is hibernate.

Have paid last few pounds off capital one card and £200 pounds off BC, have withdrawn £19 from paypal this will be paid off BC as soon as it clears.

Really need to do food shopping, think i will do it online but just cannot be bothered this evening, have no energy and just feel like vegging out, have made a beef cobbler for tea and think we will just have chips and veg with it, have enough stuff for kids packed lunches tomorrow, so might opt for a thursday delivery.

Hope everyone is keeping warm and take care.
  • mmmmmm i can almost smell that beef cobbler ... drool ...

    May make savoury mince tomorrow.

I might be making people envious but I'm sure the novelty will wear off and I'll be desperate to get back soon. Work sent me a huge bouquet of flowers today bless them, i do miss the company!

PWPS you deserve a break, you make me laugh because you think "just" making chips and veg to go with your (homemade no doubt) beef cobbler is a cop out!! I'll let you into a secret, i bought all the ingredients for spag bol and then did frozen pizza instead. :o

Have just had to make a batch of chocolate fairy cakes as i got up and went to do kids lunch boxes and hubby has taken last 2 packets of biscuits to work:mad:, did think about going into school and asking if they could both have a school dinner, but thought no i can make a batch of cakes up in 10 mins so thats what i did:D very MSE.

Quidco are sending £1.09 to bank account, not alot but its a bit more to be sent to BC.

Hope everyone has a good day, still really cold here but at least we havn't had any more snow..... YET.

just made cakes? at 7.18am? Heavens to murgatroyd! Its all I can do to make a glass of water at that time in the morning.... I am either at work (in body but probably not really in spirit) and contemplating getting someone to make me tea or at home lying in bed wishing daughter would make me tea...
  • I'm usually up around 6am EB, need at least an hour before kids get up and a gallon of tea beforw i'm human.

Just bought my Nans christmas present off ebay, lovely cashmere gloves and scarf set, for just short of £7 and paid for it out of ebay sales:D, so thats her nearly done will probably get het a plant as well.

More snow glorious (not) snow here today, its supposed to chuck a load at us tonight as well.

Managed to get another couple of hours overtime on fri, don't feel like doing it, but i'm thinking about the dreaded BC, so i must do it.

Roast chicken and the trimmings for tea tonight, need to make flapjack at some point, have a pile of washing that needs doing and musty do an online order now that i'm working all day friday, otherwise we will be starving next week, as i have a full on week and won't have time to do a big shop.
