I accidently touched up a man once, it was in a very nice pub in Soho and I mananged to get plenty of free drinks that night.

Great night, mind you I woke up in the morning next to a hairy builder named Steve. Nice bloke but not really my type.

You cannot imagine the bollocking I got from my girlfriend when I went home later that night.

That one made me chuckle thanks

For starters I'm not sure what all these references to being 50 years of age are all about - how is that even the slightest bit relevant?

Presuming this post is kosher, permit me to inject some reality into his debate - if a man falls asleep on a train or bus and ends up with his hand in a woman's crotch, rightly or wrongly, you gotta expect that in this day and age there's gonna be quite a bit of fallout from it.

OP the best thing you can do is - as others have suggested - get some proper legal advice from a professional.

Cut the OP some slack, as there's a good chance he's telling the truth! (In which case, he needs to seek legal advice, and go and see an independent lawyer!!).

I fell asleep in a lecture once, and remember partially leaning on my (male) friend. When I awoke, my head had slid down onto his shoulder, and my arm was in his crotch!! What was worse was that he was wearing trackies. Ewww. He did see the funny side though! I stayed awake in lectures after that, and made sure I went to bed the night before!

Lol, I once fell asleep on a woman on a bus. I was totally pis*ed, think she got a bit annoyed when I felt her elbow in the side of my head. Woke me up though.

Makes you wonder why the woman merely didnt wake him and ask him to move or move herself rather than calling the police, bit OTT

IMHO the whole scenario is unbelievable.

To be honest I think my first reaction would be to either move or give him a slap, but there are some strange people around these days...

...yes there are...they're the ones who are touching females 'in their sleep' on trains.

Agree that the scenario sounds a bit weird - if someone fell asleep on me I would wake them up and tell them to move rather than sit there with their hand on my '<?>' waiting for the train to stop and the police to turn up.
I also agree that the 'sexual harassment' angle sounds much more like a long term problem, where as a one off would surely be indecent assault or similar? Have to say OP, either you're being very economical with the truth or this whole story doesn't add up at all.

    Hello guys,
I would appreciate if you could give me some help on what to do?

I was travelling last Sunday from London towards the north via train.
While in train, as I was very tired, i fell asleep. So while asleep and with the train moving, my hand accidentally must have fell on <?> body part of a female passenger sitting near me. Next thing I know, I wake up and there are police officers near me.

The lady then said that I told her "You look very beautiful" which is totally incorrect. It just happened that she was coughing at a time in the train and I just told her that drinking water would be beneficial. Apart from that I did not say anything. I just can't understand why would she have said that.

I was taken to a police station with my belongings confisticated, I was kept there for half a day. My bag was searched. Now I have been sent home. I have a letter which now says that file charges later this month.

I would like to ask you dear people what are my rights? I am 50+ man with 2 kids, happily married. Both my kids are happily married. I do a lot of donations, a temple going, law abiding, God fearing person. This is the first time someone in our family has had the jail, I am terrified. I have no idea what to do, we never had any experience of law stuff as we never did anything wrong.

Can someone please tell me what cna I do? I am really scared, why would I want to do something hideously at the age of 50 ?

Just explain that this sort of practice is normal for trolls and they will let you off :rotfl:

Just to clarify you are aware that this is Martins Money Tips, its just that most people don't use their first post to advertise the fact that they are considered a sex pest.

On the plus side you will have no problem getting finance in the future, if they want confirmation of your identity just tell them to check the local sex offenders register.

One last word of advice, if the worst happens, don't pick your soap up if you drop it in the shower, Ben Dover from Cell Block H is rather partial to the older man :rotfl:
