  • The charges would have to be corroborated so what is the OP not telling us.

Did Ian Huntly not claim it was all an accident?

There are CCTV cameras in nearly all train carriages, which will hopefully prove that you were indeed asleep! Did you ask the police to get the CCTV footage?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Thanks to those who provided reply.

I know some of you are having a laugh. I understand why you would not believe me. I am not that kind of man which people usually are. I am very happy with my family, they are the best.

I was released on bail on Sunday evening itself, I have a paper which says that they will file charges on 00 June (Sorry, can't tell date but it's near end of month)

I don't understand what these legal terms are, I am worried. This is like a blemish not just on me but on my family as well.

Also, my had didn't literally fell. I was sleeping, as per the movements of the train, it is very likely that I moved slightly as well. I don't understand how to explain it. Please do not take this as a joke.

Which kind of man is that?

Yes, my (ex) step father claimed he accidentally digitally abused my 17 year old niece and he's denying 10 years of abusing me.

I've heard that line before so forgive me for not being sympathetic.

Get yourself a good lawyer if you are genuine.

I have no idea whether the OP is genuine or a troll.

However, I find it very hard to understand why, given the circumstances outlined by the OP, he's actually bothered to join this website to ask for help in what is a police matter.

OP, what exactly did you expect to get from here?

Do the sensible thing - get legal advice.
Unless of course, you ARE a troll, in which case - get lost!

When you were on this train to the North, did you enter the Victorian period somewhere? My mind boggles at the thought of someone, on seeing a woman coughing uncontrollably, saying "Drinking water would be beneficial". If they did, you'd expect it to be followed up with "Now that your involuntary tracheal spasms have subsided dear Miss Aston, would you care for a turn around the rose garden?"

It doesn't sound the most likely scenario in the universe and I doubt declaring that you're 'God fearing' will help much either considering what some priests get up to ;-)

If you are genuine, then what you need of course is a lawyer rather than a bunch of strangers on a forum.

The story has as much credibility as walking past a school, slipping on a banana skin, losing your clothes in the fall and landing on top of a schoolgirl.
I cannot read his account and not laugh whenever I get to the word "accidentally"
