    Oh do come on.

It might be that you have had a traumatic experience and that is colouring your ability to have any common sense?

I fell asleep on a ferry aged about 11, and my mum woke up to find me cuddling the arm of some poor fella next to me. Who was also fast asleep.

She couldnt stop apologising to the fella and remember some hushed words spoken about "god knows what would have happened had it been the other way around"

    Of course it happens :wall:

You're right but no I've not lost my common sense ;) I just find this very hard to believe. To me it just doesn't add up.

If it's untrue why would a complete stranger do this?

To be fair I don't think it's going to go very far. It's just a case of he says she says.

I'd suggest you get a good legal advice and delete this thread.

If you are for real you will get no sympathy here, many people on this forum take great delight in kicking people when they are down.

    Oh, come on!

Just what did the OP think he was going to get from here?
He didn't say he was looking for sympathy.

He asked what he should do.
I would appreciate if you could give me some help on what to do?

He asked what his rights are.
I would like to ask you dear people what are my rights?
He said he's never had any experience of law stuff'
I have no idea what to do, we never had any experience of law stuff as we never did anything wrong.

Anybody with 'no experience of law stuff' would hotfoot it to the nearest CAB or solicitor to determine 'what he should do' and to find out what his rights are.

I doubt that they'd find their way to the 'Consumer Rights' board of a financial website.
If this was somebody posting using a new user id to protect their identity, it may be more plausible but as it is.....

    IMHO, of course.

If you are genuine, then what you need of course is a lawyer rather than a bunch of strangers on a forum.

You don't think OP likes strangers do you?

I came here for an advice because I use this forum like many others. To protect my identity I used a different id. I alre4ady have a public prosecutor who had bailed me. I was just wondering whether there was any additional info that I may be missing out on.

I posted on this forum because I know there are many helpful here who have experience in many areas or are knowledgeable. I am no fool first time forumer who would just pop in here.

I understand some of you think I came here for some fun, you have no idea what i am going through now.

Perhaps he's just naturally a friendly type of man? Strangers on a train!

What do you mean 'you already have a public prosecutor who bailed you'?
Surely a public prosecutor isn't on your side from a legal perspective?
Did you have any legal representation at the police station?
If so, what did they say?

If you want legal advice, don't you think you should get it from somebody who is qualified, rather than from people who can only offer advice based on what you've decided to type in your posts?

Are you unwilling or unable to pay for legal advice or representation?
If not, I just can't understand why you weren't banging on the nearest solicitor's door as soon as you were released.

And most people who post regularly on here and use a new ID for privacy purposes tend to say so in their post.

You may not be a 'fool first time forumer' but you're coming across as a fool.

Some people think there is money in it?

    She might be mentally ill?

I agree I cant see this going anywhere at all either.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    OK, options are:

    a. OP is a troll

    b. OP is genuine and was asleep and so can use the defence of automatism (- a legal term which describes an "involuntary act" performed during a state of unconsciousness).

    c. OP is a sex pest and needs help.

    d. OP is Jilly Cooper pretending to be a man !

Cut the OP some slack, as there's a good chance he's telling the truth! (In which case, he needs to seek legal advice, and go and see an independent lawyer!!).

I fell asleep in a lecture once, and remember partially leaning on my (male) friend. When I awoke, my head had slid down onto his shoulder, and my arm was in his crotch!! What was worse was that he was wearing trackies. Ewww. He did see the funny side though! I stayed awake in lectures after that, and made sure I went to bed the night before!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
