People can do strange things at any age, the fact you are 50 doesn't mean that people will automatically believe or disbelieve you.
The only advice I think that can be given to you is get a decent solicitor to represent you.

I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune I assume you got the duty solicitor at the police station they would have advised on you your rights.

Sexual harassment cases tend to be about proof and credibility and it is up to the CPS as to whether to take if further but I would suggest you see a solicitor

You have a bail letter not notice of charge, unless you were charged. Just because you are on bail doesn't mean you guilty, neither does it mean you will be charged!

Do you seek the free and independant legal advice offered at the station? If not seek a criminal lawyer for advice, answers from this forum although good won't replace that from someone qualified.

Is there CCTV from the train? Most are now fitted with it.
These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!

I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!

Forgot to add everyone who goes to the police station as a detainee will get searched and property siezed so it's nothing personal to you. The police job is to investigate the offence and provide evidence either way ..... To prove or disprove your involvement in the offence

Although the either way bit probably gets lost once they have cuffed someone - they are on a target to get convictions, so it is not looking good

    OK, options are:

    a. OP is a troll

    b. OP is genuine and was asleep and so can use the defence of automatism (- a legal term which describes an "involuntary act" performed during a state of unconsciousness).

    c. OP is a sex pest and needs help.

OP, assuming you are not trolling, you need professional, legal advice.

So while asleep and with the train moving, my hand accidentally must have fell on <?> body part of a female passenger sitting near me.

    You're joking, right? :D
