Been doing a search on the Internet today as I dont like having to phone round - (the truth is I'm tight fisted and didn't want to pay for the calls, why else would I be looking for the cheapest)

For 1300/1350 ltrs the prices (inc Vat) I got were

I'm not sure about Boiler Juice as they stated it would take 3 -4 days for delivery and some of these prices are for online orders

So does Carlisle fuels actually expect to sell any oil? Maybe it is a stategy that they will still have some when the prices start going up again

In tabular form you can see the saving from the cheapest - Carlise fuels want an extra 38.80 quid... I'm guessing they rely on people who dont shop around.

This is a very useful list.
I had been doing some on-line research and found that Maxol Direct were "apparently" the most competitive.

Let's face it, you are wasting money if you order oil via the telephone without knowing the online prices. Most suppliers will match or better any online price just to get your business.
