phoned my usual supplier (maxol direct) at 450pm sat told her i had run out of oil she said all drivers were back in depot. phoned VALUEOILS afterwards and a driver was at my door at about 6pm and got my boiler up and running again £151.60 in total where would you get a service like this on a cold wet sat afternoon.
WELL DONE VALUEOILS0 -
Just to let anyone wanting oil at the moment. I checked out a few companies and the cheapest I could find today was Maxol Direct 9084 8586. Price quoted over the phone was more than showing on their website (can't remember exact amount but around £290 ish). I told the lady that the website quoted £272.82 for 900 litres and she let that stand even though I ordered over the phone. Keep warm!0

Hi there
Bangor Fuels is £272 for 900l - ordered today
Hope this helps0 -
Boilerjuice.co.uk is a good place to find the sort of price you should be paying. You can buy from here as well but to be honest being tight I always then ring around the local suppliers and trade one off against the other and normally beat the boilerjuice price by 1p/litre.0

We used http://www.boilerjuice.co.uk as mentioned previously on Monday of this week and had 900 litres delivered this morning for the princely sum of £266.
They came at 7am and used ladders to climb our side gate lol. When I got dressed and went out to the guys they said they didn't want to disturb us as it was so early. Little do they know that I have the world's best alarm clock in a cat who goes out every morning at 6am.0 -
ran out of oil on tuesday night (doh!!!), ordered from valueoils.com on wednesday morning about 9am, tacked on a wee note to the order to say that i had ran out and would appreciate the oil asap. came home from work to find the tank filled, they'd come at 11:55am. 3 hours from ordering ot delivery! nice one valueoils! (and i didn't tick the urgent box as i wasn't forking out an extra £8)
cost was £156, maxol could only manage £166 and would not deliver til friday. chuffed to bits i am with them0 -
Just had 1400 litres delivered from Alderdices at £434. Price met boilerjuices - in fact cheaper! Always find them yo be more than pleasant.2p or not 2p? That is the question!0
