As i suggested in other posts, the price of oil changes on a daily basis. For a best comparison, the various oil companies need to be phoned on the same day - pick 5 and phone - it will take 5 mins if you have the numbers handy. Why I mentioned Ard Pennsula is that on the day I phoned they were the best price out of all the ones I phoned and for any moneysavers out there who are phoning around, they surely must be worth a 30 second phone call to check their price

I ordered 900 Ltrs via Boilerjuice last night and received confirmation email giving the following details............
Its being delivered by Nicholl Oil within 2/3 days and the price was £249.95.
I gave Nicholl Oil a call and they confirmed all of the above deatails.
Looks like it will be Monday when it will be delivered.

I did ring Pennisula Oils on the same day ( tues ) and they quoted me £149 for 500L I usually only ring a few places to compare.Wasn't having a BLONDE MOMENT after all....( would i be correct in assuming OLLYWOOD68 is a Male ? )

we ran out this morning, i rang knockbracken fuels at 7.30am and left a message for a 900 fill and gave them my mobile no. as i was going to work, they rang the house at 8.30am and ask still asleep dh if we needed the oil today, he said yes we need a fill up. he then went to work.got home today and have had 1267 litres delivered, price wait for it £420 i am hopping mad and have left a message saying i ordered 900 and had left a mobile no, so why did they ring the house.i want them to take back 367 litres.wish me luck.

I've just signed up with Boiler Juice, and also ordered 900 litres as the price I was quoted was lower than any of the other NI suppliers mentioned on the previous page, as I telephoned all of them.

I'll let you know what happens...

Time taken = 3 days from receipt of order.

Yesterday I rang local suppliers in Lurgan/Craigavon area for a 500 ltr quote the prices were ranging from £162-£167
At 11:50am I ordered through Valueoils for the first time and paid £146.95 with Standard Delivery.
20mins later the oil had been delivered as he was on his way to Banbridge when the order came through.

Very pleased and will be using them from now on:D

The 900 litres of oil I ordered through boilerjuice was delivered by Nicholl Oils and cost £249.95 which was cheaper than all the other NI suppliers mentioned previously as I phoned them all. So I'll be ordering through boilerjuice again.
