  • Having had a good read of your diary over the last week. I must say reading 4 years of someone life in a week leaves me feeling you have the most exciting life! Good luck with the house in Nottingham. Fingers crossed I plan to buy as a pension plan! Good luck

Hiya Cream Tea, I wish my life was that exciting I am just a "plan jumper" from one idea to another - and being single it gets blurted out on here rather than discussed with an OH. Thank-you for visiting.

I spent an hour with my accountant today and the house plan looks sound so I am looking at areas and possibilities. I don't want a flat or really another Victorian house. A plain 70s link house will do. And I want a good quiet area as my times of living in the lively up and coming areas are over.
  • I have been knocked out by a really bad cough and cold, it had better move on by Christmas Eve! I did nothing yesterday and am planning on doing nothing today as well. I need to be at work tomorrow otherwise I will have to go in on Tuesday which is not optimal. Paid another £200 into the offset I need to get it to £5000 by the end of January.
  • Well the cold stayed and completely wiped out Christmas - very disappointing. Already in bed as I am still hacking away, and I am exhausted. Added £150 to the offset...............Roll on 2015.

Looking forward to hearing Nottingham plans....hope you feel better today :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Hello all, thanks for your good wishes, I am a bit better but still wiped out by coughing. Today I am going to get up, have a bath and watch TV! I do hope that I have a bit more life soon I need to get cleared up this week. Still n all it was nearly light at 17.00 last night, in my view spring is round the corner and so my other task of today is to decide what I will grow in 2015 and order my seeds. I haven't had a holiday in 2014 I think that is my problem I need a week in the sun. Visiting GG in her new home will be restorative!

Very, very small studio apartment I'm afraid . No room to swing a cat let along an MSE'er :D.

Seriously, you are all more than welcome (might as well say that as Tilly's coming anyway whether she's invited or not :rotfl:).
