Loving the week-end I don't have to do anything this week-end which means I am tidying, pottering, coffeeing, tidying, mseing and I may go for a walk later if I feel like it.

I will do a bit of knitting later. I will order a few seeds. To be honest this is my idea of heaven.

WW - still no cheating two weeks in , I really hope that I have lost some weight, I don't feel one scrap different but with the amount to lose that I have I think it may take a couple of stone before I notice anything. I am being weighed on Friday. No pressure there then.

Yesterday was a NO SPENDING DAY largely because the seed catalogue turned out to be a plant catalogue and I don't buy plants on line.

Today I have been food shopping £33.25 and after a tip from Benben bought a number of M&S ready meals that have the WW points on them. I am in every night next week and they will save me a lot of time, a couple of them will give me a hot lunch too.

On the money front if I get paid on Thursday I can do a couple of moves and pay off my holiday on my Egg card 0% offer between now and October which will be great for the cash flow.

Before Christmas I made a load of Barbie clothes as a present for my god-daughter, she will be with us in Malaysia and has asked if can make more and bring them with me so we can play fashion shows. Sounds like fun to me so I need to find some new cheap Etsy patterns for Barbie clothes.

Hmmm holiday and moving means that my yearly spending will be front loaded so i need to get a paying off the mortgage strategy with some interim targets.
    Below £170k by Easter
    Below £160k by September
Below £150k by December (that is assuming mega Ebay sales before Christmas)

I had a lovely week=end and am looking forward to this week, I have my Board meeting next week and then it will be moving back in day.

We should be paid on Thursday and if we do I can do some financial shenanigins to get my holiday on 0% which will help. I also feel a desperate need to be out of the country around the time of the Royal wedding so I may go to a friends house in France and make her curtains and as a thank-you she will give me a free week later in the year.

Monday was an NSD although WW food shopping is expensive, I don't go shopping so much so overall it's a winner. Trying not to wish my life away but roll on Thursday, pay day.
  • Looking like great targets - wow to be able to pay that much off!!:D
Good news on holidays coming up and on NSD!

Im also wishing the week away till payday...its always a long month between dec and jan! ;)

Hi TYO, my ambition always is outed by reality so we will see where overpaying actually gets me this year!

Coffee £2.10 and the next to final bill from the builders which is £1000 more than I expected, see comment above. Still everything is now in place and I am ready to move back.

Exhibition opening last night, dinner with friends tonight, and tomorrow. Still no WW cheating although yesterday for the first time since I began I was really hungry. Weigh in on Friday.

Hello GreenT, very nice to see you. Expensive two days, dinner yesterday £26, tonight £19. Sadly I have not been paid, bother: my moving money around shenanigins won't work.

Roll on a Friday night in.

No news from the builders on progress before the carpet fitter comes on Tuesday, a bit ominous, I am sending my Mother around tomorrow for an on the site view.

Coffee £2.10, fruit , veg and milk £15.54. Got called into a meeting and missed my weight watchers weigh in for the third week BUT still no cheating yet. I need to find a meeting near my house for when I am there next week.

Diner with friends tomorrow but nothing else planned so a lovely quiet week=end, oh what joy.
