LFV, it's couch to 5k....going from no running to running 5k in 9 weeks, but I'm on week 1, and it's my first run of the week so run 1. I'm going to sign up for the Big Fun Run that's in October and it's 5k, so I need to get my bum into gear (Hope that makes sense!)

Oh, and it is an NSD as my mate owes me 35 so that'll cover the taxi and the shopping :D

Wow. I can't do running. I have had dodgy knees since I was twelve (sports physio said my knees were like the gristly bits around the knuckles in KFC. Put me off KFC for over 20 yrs!)

    But I do karate karate-742.gif as I've mentioned before...........no injuries for a while:T

3Dogs reporting in Spoon with NSD number 10 for today

Missed my Monday NSD 'cause had to take Bonnie to vets with poorly feet (her's that is, not mine, though actually ..........) and although she is on PDSA PetAid so no fees to pay, I did leave a donation for PDSA as they request - only £4 as that was all the cash I had in my purse, but that's £4 for them, a spend day for me. and one dog feeling a little less sore animal0002.gif

As it had turned into a spend day, we called at Mr T's and got some shopping and put diesel in the van, so that is out of the way, and Wednesday and Thursday should be NSD's

Well done to those banging in those NSDs and hugs for those having problems 0002020B.gif
