I will happily increase your target to 8 (and I’m sure you’ll make it, you’re doing great), but do you want to wait until you get your first target of 5, then you can have your pony award as well?
yes please Spoon - i meant to add that today was looking promising for a nsd but tomorrow (thurs) will be a spend day (petrol and shopping) and the rest of the weekend not looking so good at the mowill update later to see if I've managed a nsd!

Declaring today as NSD no 11..off out into the garden soon for a few hours..so no spending there then!!
Having fun with these Firefox smileys..have had Smiley Central on the tool bar for ages, but not played with it until now...could become addictive !!
So this trip to Stonehenge is THIS Saturday?!! Sorry, can't cope with June speeding by us at the speed of light!!
Visiting lil' sis in Slough that day, but may be able to pop in on the way home. How about I drop off some baking (no beetroot in anything this time!!) on our way there and then see how you are doing on our way back...DH can drop me off and I can perhaps get a lift home from someone....perhaps? ...got to go now...DS2 needs to get on the 'puter to watch another rugby match.
Will pop in later to catch up.
Have a great day everyone!

Sorry for posting again peeps but just wanted to share, my DH has spent the past 3 years doing a foundation degree that his company has paid for (very MSE). He finished in May after loads of hard work and exams, he's just got the results for the 4 modules he did this year and got ::drumroll::
1 x A+, 2 x A and a C so with the results from the previous 2 years he's got all he needs to go on to do the degree and his boss has just said that the company will pay for him to do that, so he's back to Uni come September as a part time student
I'm so proud of Mr Herby and wanted to shout it out to the world
However now Friday will defo not be an NSD because I promised to take him out for a meal if he got 1 A, not sure what I'll have to do for 2 and an A+ (I bet he'll think of something though and no ladies you probs won't want to know). Isn't life odd? Some things can make you so sad and you feel like the skies will always be grey and then suddenly you smile again and it doesn't seem so bad. Going to go bake him a lovely cake now.

Congrats to Mr Herby
Hoping to keep today as an NSD, though I've had to jig my meal plan around to allow this (due to lack of frozen veg - guess tomorrow will have to be a spend day)
Been out for a run today, but didn't follow the C25K Podcast - just ran as much as I could alongside my personal music, and did much better as I sing along to my music (even if only my mouthing words)...... this meant I slowed my pace down, controlled my breathing better, and managed to run further/for longer stretches. Had the dog with me, and today he refused to budge at anything more than a walking pace when I saw the chance for a final stretch at a "running" pace - so I think that shows I managed more than he's been used toCheryl0 -

:hello::hello:Hello again all
Happy birthday MP :bdaycake::bdaycake:and thank you for the info about pre pay certificates for prescriptions :kisses3:. I ordered one online for 3 months after your post which will mean an NSD when I collect mine tomorrow
Well I had my spend day on Monday (needed tobacco, must stop I know) but made sure I got everything I'd need for a few days so got milk and a few bits. Must admit as I knew I was spending that day I did treat myself to chips for tea because I was shattered. Got the prepayment cert then too
So that meant that yesterday was no 6 and I was dead chuffed as it is the day I change from early shifts to late shifts today and that normally translates in my head as 'I can have a lay in I'll treat myself' but I managed to resist:) Thanks again all xx
Ok so today I'm on a late shift with no need to shop so hope to report in here with another one later
Well done everyone and thanks again :lovethoug
