Well, this should have been a NSD but I have had to come out of the house for a while so will be buying myself a little something for lunch in town. (I am at the public library at the moment). Hope you all manage to keep up the good work, I am trying, I really am!

And a belated happy birthday to Moneypenny and well done Mr Herbaholic for the exam results!

I am having a bit of a tough time at present, (see the diary I started yesterday if you want some depressing bedtime reading..) but it is still nice to celebrate other people's successes. Well done chaps and roll on the Solstice party!

Have you looked into getting a pre-payment prescription card natty?
If you are getting more than 4 items on prescription during three months, then it is cheaper this way. Click here for info.
I believe you can pay by monthly instalments for the annual card.

Morning campers, oooh thanks for this info
Keiss I've gone and ordered a yearly one which I can by DD each month, so that is a weight off my shoulders as I am normally scuttling around looking for the script money when it is needed. You are truly an JC_cupidgirl.gif

Ok who's the guilty one that told us all about the FF addon for smilies..?
:rotfl: I can't stop looking at them..lol. And yes I did add the addon..lol

    Well done to your husband
Herby, I bet he is walking around so chuffedJC_clapgirl.gifJC_boogie.gif

MG_123.gif to Moneypenny, hope you have a lovely day and a NSD day too :D

connie_45.gifNargle, don't spend too much on lunch today honey. I've subscribed to your diary thread so will be stalkingreading when you post, and silently cheering you on. :D

I am going to declare today a
NSD day, so shall update my siggy to show this. I only have to go in and pick up my missing tablets from the chemist and then I am coming straight back home again. :D Although I wish Kleenezee would hurry up and deliver my bits as I am walking around with £20 in the back of my purse for my order, and it is burning a big hole and I so want to spend it..whistle3.gif

    Afternoon all!
Happy Birthday Moneypenny - have a great day:j

Well done to Mr Herby, great stuff!

Made it another yesterday, so up to 8, didnt manage one today but its a low spend - two father's day cards. One needs to be posted so I didnt want to leave it to the last minute as per usual.
A bit stressed today, my Dad was taken into hospital last night - feeling v poorly. Turns out its a chest so he's getting out today, so thats good. Sleepless night tho for me, Mum and sis, so feelin a bit shattered today.
Mental busy at work, so will sign off !
    Have a lovely day all!:)

Keiss what version of Firefox are you using and what operating system are you using? SmileySidebar is working for me on a PC using Firefox 3.6.3 and Windows XP, it could be that you need to update Firefox or something. Also likely that somewhere you've got something set to not allow external links to show for security, the smilies are links from other sites. Not sure about the last point but it's possible.

Congratulations to Mr Herby on his exam results and it's fantastic news that his bosses are going to pay for him to do his part-time degree, especially in the current financial climate - they must value him very highly - well done that man 00020165.gif

    Congratulations Mr Herby

    and

    Happy birthday Moneypenny

    Hi everyone:wave:

It is NSD number 8:j today. I Did well on all days except monday when I relapsed, really badly:mad:. Went to the bank on Monday to pay in a chq, decided to go into the shopping mall just to have a look.

I'm a little dissapointed because I ended up spending a lot! completely unplanned!!
In some cosmetics shop (hair dryer and alice bands (3 of them) £24
    In peacocks (clothes about £50),
In Perfume mania (burberry lotion £19:eek::eek:),
    In boots (toiletries),
In claire's accessoris (ear rings, lipgloss, nail polish)
In poundland(two make up bags), and the market (3 scarfs):(
When i went into poundland, i realised the femfresh I had bought for 2 pounds something was in poundland for a pound!:(

I'm paying off the cc today and cutting it up as well. I seem to find it easier spending on the credit card than my debit card.

    New rules:
-Leave cards at home when going out on my day off
-before shopping elsewhere, have a look in poundland or poundshops for toiletries
    - Remember the debtfree target date before spending!!

Well done all..and thanks for the fab job spoon:T
    Directloan:Feb2011 - £4152.64
Olympic contender 107, DFD Dec 2011:eek:Ex NSDer, now proudly on track, thanks to Solvent Soon and The Madhouse Gang:TNo CC debts :p all paid off and plan to keep it that way:j.

Keiss I have the new version of FF, and the smilies bit under Posting Rules, underneath the Quick Reply box, set to On. I also double click the smilies from the tool bar at the side when I use the new smilies. Does this make sense?

Oh and I would imagine that the rest of this month will be all NSD's as I have absolutely no money now, I used my last £10.00 in my account to pay for the pre prescription DD. :(
