    Debt-free and Proud!
Yea! Yesterday was NSD number 8!

I had a slow 1st half of the month collecting NSDs, but with only £30 left of my budget to last the rest of the month - I should at least now make my target of 19 NSD! I might even 'car boot' a whole load of stuff in a week and a half.

Have a good day everyone and enjoy the sunshine!
:money: Proud to [STRIKE]be dealing with[/STRIKE] have dealt with my debts! :money:

  • Well it was all looking so good for another NSD... night shift last night i.e. most of the day sleeping, no need to spend etc
... That was until DD (darling doggy lol :rotfl:) came limping into the house with paw in the air.

Needed a quick visit to Mr Vet for torn bloody dew claw. No big damage. just an unexpected spend.

    :hello: Morning all xxx

Well done all on NSD's and (((((((((hugs)))))))))) to all that need them.

Just checking in to say that I managed yesterday which makes 7 :):). I can't believe how well I'm doing this month, thank you all so much.

I have to resist side tracking while I'm in the chemists getting my prescription.

Good news though :) I got a Tesco gift card today from something I entered ages ago and had forgotten about so I'll keep that in mind if I want anything from the chemists to help me resist.

Off to work now so will check in tomorrow, hope everyone's day goes well :D

DFD Need to August 2027 :(

    NSD March 15/20
    NSD April 17/15

Declaring NSD no 6 today :j Working from home and no plans to go anywhere.

I made it to the petrol station fine yesterday, the fuel light was on but not flashing so I could probably have lasted longer :rotfl:

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Happy Birthday MoneyPenny - have a good one

OK OK OK, wow thanks for all the wonderful birthday wishes. I must have mentioned my birthday a few too many times lol Thanks to everyone who wished me happy birthday, It would have been a long post if I'd quoted you all. Aww I feel loved.

Seriously had a love birthday with family at Legoland courtesy of Tesco reward vouchers. All together spent less than £75 on the picnic, petrol etc. That even includes pressies for each of the 3 kids...So a big well done me I think

Sorry for posting again peeps but just wanted to share, my DH has spent the past 3 years doing a foundation degree that his company has paid for (very MSE). He finished in May after loads of hard work and exams, he's just got the results for the 4 modules he did this year and got ::drumroll:: JC_rimshot.gif1 x A+, 2 x A and a C so with the results from the previous 2 years he's got all he needs to go on to do the degree and his boss has just said that the company will pay for him to do that, so he's back to Uni come September as a part time studentdance4.gif I'm so proud of Mr Herby and wanted to shout it out to the world clapping.gif

However now Friday will defo not be an NSD because I promised to take him out for a meal if he got 1 A, not sure what I'll have to do for 2 and an A+ (I bet he'll think of something though and no ladies you probs won't want to know). Isn't life odd? Some things can make you so sad and you feel like the skies will always be grey and then suddenly you smile again and it doesn't seem so bad. Going to go bake him a lovely cake now.

    Herby x

Well done Mr Herby, You must be very proud of him Herbie...

I've had a great day today

Got a letter saying I'd won a tenner on the lotto
Got a tenner off of one of those free phone up tickets in a mag (no I didnt phone up - I wrote in and waited a long time lol)
Found out I had £18 I didn't know I had in my paypal account
Got a bunch of flowers delivered...
On top of all that I found out that in the survey of satisfaction they did at work there are only 2 areas of the school the pupils feel are outstanding. My dept is one of them. So yah boo sucks to my line manager who's a nit picker... the kids think I'm doing great. Oh it did make me feel goodl

Not sure if I'm gonna make a no spend day today, will let you know later after I've stopped floating :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
