Have you looked into getting a pre-payment prescription card natty?
If you are getting more than 4 items on prescription during three months, then it is cheaper this way. Click here for info. I believe you can pay by monthly instalments for the annual card.[/COLOR
Yes you can, it's £10.40 per month for 10 months. Since my gp stopped doing 3 monthly prescriptions I've had to get one as I have 2 lots of pills every month. Saves a fortune.LFV, it's couch to 5k....going from no running to running 5k in 9 weeks, but I'm on week 1, and it's my first run of the week so run 1. I'm going to sign up for the Big Fun Run that's in October and it's 5k, so I need to get my bum into gear (Hope that makes sense!)
Keep it up elfen. I did couch to 5k, downloaded the podcasts for free from itunes. I got to the point of doing 4 or 5 k 3 times a week, then tripped and broke my kneecap. Gonna need to start all over again when I get the all clear to run again.
Moneypenny - Happy Birthday for tomorrow, I am also 40eleven on Saturday and Im also a Janet as you know, spooky or what?
Have a great day everyone, must get back to the grindstone!
Yes Jinty, a bit spooky. Mind you I've never ever met anyone to was born on the same day as me. I've met about 4 people in my entire life that share the same birthday but not the year.
An unexpected nsd for me. so another please spoony.0 -

I use Firefox as my browser, and have installed an add-on which gives me smilies..... including the roll-eyes and confused that Martin removed from MSE a couple of months back
If I can't find what I want in there, then I G00gle to find oneThere's loads, even one for Chompie
although he's silver, red and gold not green but better than no dragon smiley.
to moneypenny for tomorrow and Jinty for Saturday as I won't be around then.
Back from setting up my stand at the garden show and it looks fab, all the little bees are sooo cute and well worth all the sewing and faffingI took my own lunch (and forgot to eat it as I was so busy!) and I'm happy to say that I managed another NSD taking me up to 11 now, I can almost feel the pony. Can you update my total please Spoon
Normal posting will be resumed soon, blame CW for the smiley outbreak, I'm now off to play on theand relax, definitely having the day off tomorrow to recharge my batteries. Hugs to all...
