I did week 1 twice (have to be careful due to back problems), but it's now over a week since I've been out (mainly - but not entirely - due to the time spent helping DD with her house move)LFV, it's couch to 5k....going from no running to running 5k in 9 weeks, but I'm on week 1,
I'm hoping the weather's reasonable tomorrow morning, so I can get out again then. I used to take GDs to school on a Wed & Thur, which meant out of the house at 7:50am. I still have voluntary work in school at 9am on a Wed, but if I get up the same time as I used to then I have an hour where I'd normally have had GDs that I can use for the 'run'.
I'm sticking to week 1 again - partly 'cos of the break, but also 'cos last time I ended up almost collapsing during the 4th (of 8) short runs despite having managed them all before then
I don't have a specific deadline in mind for completing the program, though I would like to run the 'Race For Life' they do locally every April/May. And I'd also like to be able to go out with OH, who apparently runs 4 miles on a regular basis (about 6k?) but would like to get back to the 10 miles he used to do  (Haven't told him I've started this yet!)Cheryl0 -
Hello All
having my 4th NSD today. Still green with envy at those who have already achieved double figures but still progressing slowly towards my target of 7 this month.
Best Wishes all

Have been awol since sunday. Had a lovely time at mamma Mia but needed interval refreshments so an ickle spend there.
Work Mon and Tues and so 2 more nsd's bringing the total to 7 now - is going to be very hard to reach target of 20 now as it means virtually no spending till the end of the month
On the other hand it is pay day next week and there is still an ickle bit of money left in the bank atm so you never know Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly
Emergency fund £1000/£1000
Savings for big things £90170
