Spent money today on ingredients for a spicy shepherds pie, as seen on Cook Yourself Thin yesterday. Came out ok, but I still prefer the traditional recipe.
Tomorrow should (fingers crossed) be a NSD.
PDD - keep meaning to give the Discworld books a look in, which is the first in the series? Am going to local library tomorrow so might look for it.One life - your life - live it!0 -
I have had 6 NSDs so far this month, including today.Free Films in 2011: Tangled, Chalet Girl, Never Say Never, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
No Buying Books in 2011 - Books read: 60 -
Nargle, can't remember, but it doesn't really matter, they can all be read out of order, actually i don't think they are in order, Terry is a bit disorganised but that is just part of the charm, still lying here musing.................mmmm................mmmmmMore than Two Years in
Doing it the Niddy way:j:j:j0 -
Hopefully I can get some more NSDness tomorrow!
Thanks everyone, enjoying my first NSD challenge month!0 -

nasty cat shooting broken brains, I'll hold em while you wield the canopener, or better still an old blunt potato peeler.
PDD can i help hold, can't believe anyone could be that nasty!!! Hope poor puddie cat is feeling better now Moneypenny?
NSD 5 for me today :j Felt very virtuous eating my packed lunch when everyone else was spending a fortune at the bap van :A the pony will be mine *rubs hands & cackles manically....*February NSD challenge 5/150 -
I don't understand how anyone can be cruel to animals, ive just spent the last half hour resueing a wild bunnie from my cat.pure_dead_dopey wrote: »Evening All

Another cunning plan suceeded, liquid gold just eeked out (came home on air) and lunch with company CC. So I have another one!!!
Off to lie down and muse............Moneypenny2k - that is horrible!! Poor cat - I hope he is feeling better now?
It's amazing how many animals we get brought into the vets with airgun pellets, it shocks me how anyone can do that to an animal, especially someones pet
Thanks to everyone for kind words about Jinx (puddy cat) Especially Nargle, Herby and Spoony Nargle you made me laugh, I was saving that old can opener, waste not want not. Spoony He's fine, just can't straighten his elbow out properly. He's well and truly on the mend and can go out now. I just hope he manages to steer clear of big marmalade moggies and sh*t for brain airgun wielding t*ssers from now on. Rant over
Been a bit of a sad day, just heard that a good friend of mine has lost her baby at 14 weeks. So a sad day all in all
Tomorrow is a nsd if it kills me
Have a good evening all

A late entry but I managed to have a NSD yesterday, thanks in part to the rain. Not so good today though, I bought a pair of trackie bottoms for running, but they were a bargainous £8. DS needs more baby milk so won't manage it tomorrow either but I'm already so much more conscious of spending just little bits of money. I must make more effort with packed lunches, I'm sick of cheese and pickle!!!Total Debt May 10 = £580920

Hey everyone,
Sadly not a NSD for me today, blooming expensive parking metres - £2.20 for 30mins at the hospital - scandalous
I'll make my target this month but realising how much I spend on silly things has made me even more determined to increase my NSD target for next month. Those that matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter0
