Since last spending on Saturday, I've managed 3 no spending days so far, (Sun, Mon, Wed):j:j Had to spend yesterday,on an envelope , first class postage stamp a photocopy. I also made calls from my mobile to 087 numbers 25p/min on my contract:( Any ideas how to save on 087 numbers from a mobile?? While out, almost got tempted to get myself a fizzy drink, and then realised i could have an orange hi juice cordial instead, which I had at work.:)
Well done everyone for staying on track, it feels good being in control on them NSDs doesn't it?:):)

Sorry...have I missed something? I don't understand how this works? What are the pink numbers<
Hi, compforus,
Think cw18 has explained it already,but..
You decide the number of NSDs you're going to aim for this month (numbers in black), then report in when you get an NSD (or a few, depending on how often you want to post) and I update the front page with your running total (numbers currently in pink but about to change to blue later today!!).
Hope that clears it up for you - if you'd like to come and join us, you'd be very welcome:)

So not a nsd today. Going for one tomorrow and Saturday as I'm going up town on Friday... I got a special on Wahanda of a facial, pedi, massage and hair treatment all for £28 so I'm going up to Regent St to the spa to take advantage of that deal - I'm worth it.
Oh no, moneypenny, that's dreadful, what kind of sick human being can do that to an animal, it sickens me, it really does.... Hope poor puss recovers OK now the pellet's been found
Like the sound of the spoiling day on Friday, you're definitely worth it:):)

I'd second that, I've got no idea how you keep it all in track. I'm impressed trust me:D
As for the cat, well I'd not call the person who did it a human being...0 -
ny ideas how to save on 087 numbers from a mobile??
(Or, in some cases, the literature from the company also print a 'from abroad call......' number. You can use that instead by replacing the country access part of the printed number with a zero)

Big gentle hugs for moneypenny's cat, hope he gets better soon. I really can't believe some lunatics, I'm going to shut up now before I get glued to the soap box.
Not doing very well NSD wise, spent money past two days in As*a on things we really don't need, just needed to get out of the house especially today, I'm really annoyed with myself for doing it, I have a meal plan got everything in we need but still I bought stuff, fingers crossed this isn't the slippery slope! I'll try harder tomorrow, was doing so well as well, but its all gone to pot now, the little pony might help motivate me, thanks SpoonI did get a whoopsied Strawberry Cream Roulande which we'll have after tea, norty I know but I need it.
Glad you're feeling a lot better CW, tummy bugs are horrid and getting your bod back to accepting solid food is a bit of a battle in my experience. Hugs to all and keep up the good work, I keep coming back and reading everyone's progress and it makes me determined to stick with it, even though there's a little bump in the road at the moment.
