Morning everyone! Just been reading through the posts, sounds like a day of ups and downs for everyone yesterday. Have you noticed that we all seem to follow a pattern? Some days its all going well for the majority of us and then on others we are all to pot!
Maybe its just me! Hugs to those that need them ((()))
BTW I think we're all goddesses on this thread whether domestic or not, considering how we cope with what life chucks at us:TSometimes we need to remind ourselves of how well we do what we do!:T
Anyhoo - I got another yesterday, #5 so well chuffed, should be another today but Ive got a colleague (and good friend) coming up from London today for training so I can feel a pub lunch coming on!
Off to update my sig - and then get ready fo work!
Have a lovely day everyone!:)

You can't spend when you are asleep in bed during the day, provided of course you have your meals planned for those days so you don't have to run to the shops. Wouldn't like to do nights all the time, though, as not good for the health.
Yeah thats right Nargleblast. Great for the NSDs but not good for the body clock. Definately couldn't do permanent nights (must be my age) . Although it is nice knowing your going to be tucked up in bed soon, when you're driving through the rush hour
Well ive got a few days off now and my total is up to 6/20 so its all good.
Keep going everyone!!0 -
Morning All
DS got where he was going safely, only another 3 months of worry now!!!
Weather is orrible here and have a long drive, so if I can make it on the liquid gold already in the tank, take my client out on the company CC, me and the aliens and Hubert get another NSD!!! (its getting a bit crowded in the car these days, and I have to keep stopping to let Hubert go...................)
Onward and upward

Spend day for me today.
Got milk (another 8 pints) and ice-cream (DS finished that off last night), and while I was spending decided I may as well get the pizza in that DS will be wanting at the weekend (I'm due to be out from Friday evening until Sunday evening - as long as I'm fit!). The pizza I ended up getting was in the frozen section, and £1.50 each or 2 for £2.50....... so, as I have freezer space after pulling the gammon joint for tea tonight, I bought two. Will hopefully gain me an NSD next time I'm out for the weekend
£5.67 spent, and now have an average of 90.5p/day for the rest of the month in order to balance my grocery budget by the mid-year point
Still not 100% fit, so while I was out for essentials I had a chat with one of the managers at work. Explained I was probably (just about) up to my 4 hour shift (outside of the bakery), but couldn't guarantee it - and I knew that I wouldn't have been thanked for going back if I were still working in an air-conditioned office. As such I'm staying off today, but hopefully back tomorrow - though I would imagine they'll keep me out of the bakery tomorrow (and possibly Friday as well to be safe).Cheryl0 -
