    Hi moneypenny,
We have a wool shop near us, a real old-fashioned shop but I love it. Such a shame all the little shops are disappearing so I try very hard to support ours (which is why I have lots of knitting projects on the go:o:o).

Glad you pud is on the mend:)

Yes, we could be related (although have you noticed that Tigger is in fact bouncing onto Pooh :rotfl:)......

Have a lovely day, mine isn't half as interesting - working mainly (apart from when I'm not on here;))
    x

Yes I had Spoon, that's why I want to bring the heffalump :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Hello, bit late in joining, have been having a couple of very un-MSE weeks, although was all planned so maybe I'm doing myself down.

Another NSD for me too - since I couldn't find anywhere to buy a clothes brush (not a lint roller, I have one!), for heaven's sake! Have redeemed some of my Nectar points to use on Amazon, and I'll get one from there.

So that makes it 3 NSDs for moi - hurrah!

    Good luck everyone x

Well, popped to the post office and mailed 2 letters (£1.35 but budgeted for) and succumbed to a punnet of raspberries from the greengrocers next door - only 75p so a bargain compared with Tescos! Already scoffed! (Better than a choccy bar which was the other option!)

Declaring today as a NSD, so number 2 please Spoon.

Will probably be spending tomorrow, but hope to have a spend-free weekend, fingers crossed!

Have been baking and listing the freezer contents this morning...so rewarding myself with an afternoon of sewing!! Hope to get as much done as I can of the quilt square today...so I must get off here and get started!!

    See you tomorrow.

    Hi all

Not got off to a very good start... stiil no NSD's - I think I'll have to wait until half term is over before I get anywhere.

My NSD's are grocery NSD's. I had an A*da delivery on Tuesday which I amended at least 10 times to try and get everything I needed for the week and I've still found something I need every day! Got to get better at this.
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.
