Well I did promise some flying - just hoovered the whole of the upstairs and boy did it need it! Trouble is, Little Black Furry is now scared, and he'd been peacefully asleep on the spare room bed up until then so I feel guilty now for having disturbed him.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Welcome back. I hope you and your family are well.

I've squeezed all the groceries from the last costco shop in the dresser in the dining room, got rid of the packaging and taken clean clothes upstairs to be sorted/put away. Just had some more water and made a coffee to go with some broken brownie bits.

Back to the kitchen after that, or I'll put leaflets in DS1's papers first. May also get dressed at some point. :(

I decluttered DD and neice to bowling - but that didn't last long but on the way back I picked up cards for the free ads from Mr. M...
I think asking £5 for 300+ pices of K'nex sounds fine but would appreciate anyone else's input.
Other neice (big sister of the one I've gor here) flogged an unworn pair of Doc Martens for a £10 and was going to give me the cash but I have split it with her..

That's certainly not too expensive! You could try asking for '£10 ono' and be prepared to go lower.

Lamewolf.. no excuses I also specified VISITING a friend special for you wussy types who moan about using the phone.. it doesn't bite you, you know! :p
B-b-but that's almost as scary as using the phone!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: Besides, I can't think of a single person who'd be pleased to have me show up on their doorstep.:(

Greenbee I hope you're OK; I had labyrinthitis one time and could barely get out of bed for 3 days! Had to crawl along the floor to get to the loo. Nasty.

Sexymouse (((HUGS))) I hope you can get your venue sorted out.

Cyclingyorkie What a bad DH. Mr LW wouldn't dream of even making himself a cup of tea without asking if I wanted one too.

Sidney's gone home now, and the bungalow seems really empty. Which is probably why I'm having a hard time getting enthusiastic about flying or anything else today. I may be getting him back for a week in December, though.:o
