Mmmmm do I kick the children out of the living room so that I can clean it? Or shall I start on something else?

I guess I'd better start at level 3 and work backwards!

i wonder if the combined flylady wisdom can help me with a possible plumbing problem?!

Since I had a bath on saturday night the cold water pressure in the bathroom has been really low. this is in both sink and bath and also the loo is taking ages to fill. elec shower seems fine. cold water pressure in kitchen (next door to bathroom) is absolutely fine though was spluttery yest am when dh turned it on!

there is a burst water main down the road that has been spewing water for days but this started way after that and we're puzzled cos it happened after the bath and also cos the kitchen is fine..

any advice welcome, don't really want to have to phone landlord

Pouring with rain here today after the brilliant day we had yesterday. The only flying I done yesterday was washing and some dailies so I'll get cracking today. WON'T be baking a cake BUT I did talk to a lady yesterday about making a cake for DD's birthday, does that count???????????

    Morning.

Greenbeen~~ hope you feel better soon.

Toots~~ you ARE over doing it, no more late nights.........what is this retreat you are going on, it sounds intersting.

Sexymouse~~ Blimey I hate venue that mess you around for any event, I am sure you have but try the wedding threads on here, to see if anyone near you have any other venues etc you might like, failing that, would you like a wedding PA, as I arrange a load of events for work etc, I am sure they hear me coming..........I would be happy to help you out if you need help.

rach~~ ring your local water board, it sounds to me, like they have turned the pressure down, till the leak in the road is fixed, if not ask their advise first, if you don't want to ring the Landlord.

    It is raining here.

It's possible that pressure in the area has been reduced until the leak is dealt with. I would give the water board for your area a bell first, see if they've done that.

I'll ask my OH when he comes back from work, sounds like low water pressure though. My neighbours had that and some of the valves had to be tightened. Also phone the waterboard just in case they have done it.
