o2 customers taking early upgrade, contracts are renewed from the day you recieved your new phone. this is why the upgrade dates on your o2 account have changed basically its a new 24/18 month contract from today depending on what you agreed too!!

Well for a company who place their products at the higher end of the market they have made some areas of the iphone 4 not so good as other makes.

3 phones i have used today 2 suffered the drop of calls and one picked up a scratch pretty easy on the back near the camera.

The multitasking is not as good as the Palm multitasking and it does not seem any better in the way of OS or UI but the hardware is very very good apart from the call dropping issue.

Its not that great that i would pay for one though. With Apple trying to claim they have invented the video call method, 5mp and front facing camera as well as multitasking they have fallen short.

Spoke to phone department at Lichfield Tesco earlier, just to check they were sold out, said he didn't expect any more stock for a month!!!! Although as we've seen from other network staff, what they have been told and what is the actual reality of the situation can be two very different things.

This is my first iPhone. When I was speaking to someone on it earlier I could barely hear them talking. Is this normal? I could really only hear them properly if I had them on speakerphone!

That is certainly not normal on any phone.

Was it upside down? (sorry couldn't resist)

If the volume cannot be increased I would say that it is a fault and you need to get it replaced

Got mine today with Vodafone, would've chosen Tesco or 3 if they actually had decent signal in my area. So far I'm very happy indeed, and although I have managed to replicate the signal problem, it's only happened once or twice and really hasn't affected me much (and I'm left handed!) Overall, extremely happy; screen is mindblowing, camera is incredible for a phone, feels really well built and is really thin.
