Obviously you will need a micro SIM but I assume you have one of those.

I bought myself a Iphone 3GS at the end of March and feel a little upset that its cost me £90 + 24 month contract and now they've brought the IP4 out they are giving the 3GS away for free - do you think its worth me saying anything to my network provider?

    To be honest, no.

For future reference (assuming you buy another iPhone that is) they release a new iPhone every year around June/July.

    Hey guys

I got my ip4 next to me! i have to say it really is impressive!

( i was the first person in devon ha- what a claim to fame!)

I have synced it with itunes etc.

But still have no service from 02... cant get hold of them for no love or money.. i have a display message when the iphone is turned on to say waiting for activation this may take a while... so im guessing 02 are working through activating the sims.

Anybody else had this? or has had an 02 ( new contract) and havent had to wait?

I had this for ages too, rang my o2 shop they told me to turn it off and back on again, may have to leave it off for half an hr ish if no luck

mine was an existing contract too - upgraded etc
