Wow. Thanks for that Elantan. That does put things into perspective. I worry about things that I possibly couldn't predict. It's a silly waste of energy, and I'm going to try seriously to stop.

You know, that's what I love about this side of the site. Everyone is like one big supportive family. I've done lots of things since being on here which I should be proud of too. Today I walked into the bank and instead of it being a bad grovelling situation, I left feeling on a real high after instructing them to reduce my overdraft by £100 come next payday, just two more payments and I will be overdraft free. Awesome.

I look at how far I've come in the 5 months nearly that I've been a member of this site, and firstly congratulate myself, and all you guys who are doing a fabulous job. I just wish I had cottoned on earlier. Oh well I'm here now and that's what counts.

    xx

ok then ... ( i have noticed we have lost a few people ... do we need to go and find them?)

right as previously stated strengths and weaknesses ... we are going to go that bit deeper with this ok

most important thing honesty as you all know ... but this time i also want to give a bit of advice (you can take it or leave it ... its up to you )

i want you to go back over things that have happened in your life advice warning .... just go for simple things ... dont go for traumatic events unless you have the help of a professional (dont want anyone to have a bad experiance)

ok here's an example... simple things like one time i managed to deal with my boss as i wanted a pay rise ... and i want you to recognise those strengths coming into force .... say you are a stubborn person ( strength) and on this occasion i dug my heels in and through digging those heels in got a pay rise

then i want you to think of a situation where that strength became a weakness ... one time i dug my heels in and lost a friendship that i enjoyed ....

i want you to do that will all those strengths and weaknesses

and because this is a two parter ...

i want you to go to a situation that worked out well and maybe put a different strength or weakness in and play it out in your mind ... you cant change it it has happened ... but looking at it again you may learn different ways of improving it so it was even better ....

    and likewise a negative situation
advice again now i dont want you to go anywhere that might be upsetting ... i am not there to support you individually and you may need the support ... i dont want anyone to feel upset about this ... it is merley a tool to look at your strengths and weaknesses

So things in our life that have affected our strengths and weaknesses?
