hey all looks like your all doing good ... krisp what n.l.p book did you order? hope you have fun with it ?
right next bit ... are ya all ready ?
total honesty now ... pick one that you want to concentrate for just now ... the first one that pops into your head will be the right one ... might not be the one you thought of though ...
now i want you to think what is the worst possible scenario that could happen in the one you have chosen ?
sometimes we have to see the worst to drive us to do our best (this one is especially for stick people lol)
there's more but my brain is currently fried with this insurance ... will be back when i can (soonish)0 -
Urk well the one that is all consuming for me at the moment is my health and the worst possible scenario for me is that it takes years for the tablet level to get sorted which means nothing else can really happenDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

I think the decluttering is the one that would have the biggest impact for me. If my room was more organised I would find it easier to spend more time in there working/studying (and would get more done!), I could exercise, I could sort my bills and bank stuff, I could exercise the guinea pigs more easily, I wouldn't have to spend so much time in downstairs - not that that is a problem, it just means I don't get anything done.
Also I could sell stuff on e bay, I could re organise both my room and the conservatory - perhaps making a better working environment or place to relax.
so yep being tidy and organised is the big one.
got to go out now. I love my friend who I am meeting tonight she is such great company see you all later xxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Mine is the lack of confidence that is stopping me getting a social life. With a little more confidence maybe I could join a singles club. The worst case scenario is carrying on doing things on my own and spending rather too much time in the house listening to noisy neighbours. Correct that, worse case scenario is serving 20 years for doing something about noisy neighbours.

Well I have been living like this for about 2 years? in a vaguely, no actually its a mess. Worst case scenario it never changes, I never change and stay stuck here missing out on getting married, having kids etc. right now I feel so weighed down by the mess, I couldn't invite any one here for dinner or anything, friends don't come over.
I am also living in fear of some forgotten bill - well that has kinda already happened, 100 tax fine.
I really believe that my physical state is a reflection of my mental state. its all too much some days, I can't be bothered feel overwhelmed.
so there are my worst case scenarios

Yes El, I am thinking tomorrow might be the time to start, I am always leaving it till some far off date and even if I do a little bit I do feel better.
So ok, tomorrow I have to go out in the morning, then it will be back here to be in my room, I pledge to declutter the desk and actually list five things on Ebay. Although I do have a party thing in the afternoon/evening sort of limits my time a bit. I will def list the e bay stuff tho.
