Help..Faulty memory slot?!?...Buyer wants a refund but could easily swap memory!!!

I alredy know it is not a laptop but a music hardware...he bought the wrong memory as the one you need for this hardware is very specific and very expensive as well...but he bought mine to save money...the other one was 189 dollars...the first day it was working fine he left me super positive feedback the day after the memory did not work anymore...probably he has damaged it and wanted the money back...no way!!!No reliance should be placed on the above.0
