I will get my caravan0 -
Primrose - yes, I have moved them up into bigger pots once the roots start poking through the bottom. I have them in the greenhouse but the weather here hasn't been that great so there may not be sufficient heat or sun to bring them on. Have also been feeding them once a week with tomato plant food. Maybe they will hit a sudden growth spurt!
Thanks0 -
I had a rogue potato plant grow in a pot this year, must have been left over from last year, sadly the slugs or similar had eaten the plant so used the tub to re pot my lettuces in and found 1 baby potato- well every little helps!!!!!0

I had given up on my pepper plant but peeking through my little sweet pepper tree is a teeny tiny pepper woohoo!
A teeny tiny cucumber on my cucumber plant and a few new courgettes too
OH! My beans are growing like the clappers and that's good cos I only planted them in June!
And finally, rescuing a tomato plant that looked dead. I had given it a good feed and a water and overnight it has recovered to it's original glory!Feb GC: £200 Spent: £190.790 -
Orange King - Are you peppers in a large enough pot? Minimum should be 8" but preferably 10". If the roots are restricted the fruit can't grow. Even at this late stage it's better to repot them. Soak the compost until really wet so that the compost & roots are stuck together in a wet mass and it will be much easier to transfer pull out the plant by the lower stalk keeping the root system intact, and moving it into a bigger pot.
Ahhh......are you going to be repotting tonight, Orange King? I know I am! Some of mine are only in 6" pots.It doesn't hurt to be optimistic....you can always cry later.
