I bought a reclining exercise bike from PC World online recently, definitely a large item. Delivery to NI was £4.95, I was extremely surprised and pleased!Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0

Hi
Another one for the green list - craft4kids. Here's the reply I got when I emailed about delivery
Hi again
We do not vary our shipping prices to Northern Ireland (Royal Mail do not and we have never quite understood why other retailers choose to charge more!!).:j :j :j
why can't they all be like this!!0 -
I tried to order http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wooden-Beaded-Car-Seat-Cover/dp/B000PLUG9E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=garden&qid=1196534006&sr=8-1
But the order system told me that it would not dispach to my address. Given the item page says "within UK" I contacted amazon and received a quick response telling me that the sellers profile says that he only delivers to mainland uk.
Anyone else ran into this problem? It seems strange that sellers can set delivery options that the system can`t properly display on the main page??0 -

Pixmania may well be one to add to the blacklist. I tried ordering from them but as soon as it saw my BT postcode, it removed the 'standard' delivery option leaving only the express at ~£16. They didnt used to do this but maybe they have changed policy (strange given that the 'standard' option is parcelfarce).2 + 2 = 4
except for the general public when it can mean whatever they want it to.0
