    I like the new addition to the Av forums guidelines for iPods:

    (B) Describing the condition and photographs
    • The responsibility is on a seller to describe an item accurately
    • Please be honest about scratches and wear + tear from use to avoid problems occurring later
    • Any modifications such as an engraving or faults such as buttons not functioning must be explained
