HI Beccie,
Here it is:
Week 1 - Walk 2 mins, jog 2 mins x 3
Week 2 - Walk 2 mins, jog 2 mins x 4
Week 3 - Walk 2 mins, jog 4 mins x 3
Week 4 - Walk 2 mins, jog 4 mins x 4
Week 5 - Walk 2 mins, jog 5 mins x 3
Week 6 - Jog 5 mins, walk 2 mins then regroup (we were a mixed ability group, so got quite spread out over 5 mins!)
Week 7 - Jog 7 mins, walk 2 mins then regroup
Week 8 - Jog 10 mins, walk 2 mins then regroup
Week 9 - Jog 10 mins, walk 2 mins then regroup
Week 10 - Jog till tired, walk 2 mins to recover
This is aimed at total beginners, so if you find that after 2 mins you aren't gasping and thinking "I'm going to die" then skip to 4-5 min! Try to do 2-3 times a week to feel a real benefit.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Afternoon Diary
Today's the day of our team event, just grabbing a quick lunch before the afternoon activities! Morning "science surgery" has gone really well, loads of people came to the poster viewing, including our head of department who liked the posters so much she wants to put them up in the corridors! Just the lab tours this afternoon to get through now.
Off work tomorrow and Monday as we're going up north to visit Grandma P and my brother for the weekend, so I probably won't be around much. Hope you all have nice weekendsLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Morning all! As grandma p has broadband (to please the grandchildren apparently! :rotfl:) I've hopped online. Lovely day yesterday, got up the yorkshire about 2ish, had lunch and spent the afternoon chatting with grandma. Then went out for dinner with auntie Claire as well. Back to grandma's and more chatting until gone midnight! Today we're going over to see Claire's house which is being renovated, then heading off to my brother via uncle Richard's where we're going to pop in for a cuppa. All go this weekend, we'll be knackered on Monday!
Woken up early but just having a lounge in bed, and enjoying the view from the window, spectacular sunrise over the worth valley! Will have to get up soon and have a shower, grandma smokes like a chimney and I can smell it coming out my pores and hair! Ick!Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

We're finally home, and I'm totally knackered. Had a lovely few days with my brother and his girlfriend. They seem very settled and happy in their new house, very nice to see my brother so content
they're busy getting everything ready for the baby in February. Also popped in for a visit with DH's uncle on the way to my brother, and all went for lunch with one of my uncles yesterday so we've seen 5 sets of relations in 4 days!

Hi Jules!
Sounds like you had a very busy weekend! Glad to hear the posters went down really well at work too, you must be dead chuffed
Have you made any headway with the Xmas plans at all yet?
Very happily married on 10th April 2013

We've decided that we'd better go to the party up north (don't want to upset Grandma P, and it will be a fun party with all the uncles etc), but will still have to spend Christmas Day with MIL, so have to arrange something else with my family.
Current plan is to spend Christmas Eve at home, and stay there until Boxing Day morning, so we'll at least see them for breakfast on Christmas day, and when we get back from MILs in the evening. Then plan to have breakfast at home before leaving for yorkshire on my birthday, depending who's up in time! :rotfl: Will also be able to pop over and see my brother and relatives in middlesbrough while we're up in yorkshire, so that's a plus!Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
