well, after one disastrous trial run with my mega cupcake mould, I have just baked the one that I will be decorating and giving on Wednesday. I have to say it definitely needs a LOT of cooking, but its come out ok, apart from the top where a couple of the grooves are missing but I can cover that with the icing!!
Im icing it tomorrow night, along with 3 dozen "normal" cupcakes lol so will take pics and post on here laterYou're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0 -
Hi Awsome and Stardrops, I made my postman pat practice cake yesterday and it turned out ok. The receipe that Stardrops gave me turned out lovely thankyou. I have decorated it fully and noted down a few little tips for improvement for the final one this weekend. I have brought it into work and its nearly gone and everyone has said how lovely it is. I will take a picture of the one I make this weekend and post it on here. It does take ages to make I spent all day yesterday in the kitchen but it will be worth it when i see my nephews face on his birthday.
Nice to have another Yorkshire lass on here. :j
Well done :T carnt wait to see the piccys0 -
If anyone lives near a Boyes store then they have a big cupcake mould for about £7 in my local one so it might be worth a look.0
