Serena, Happy Birthday hun I hope you are having a good one. You always seem to be putting so much thought and planning into your work, I bet you are a great teacher. Some really put themselves out like even phoning to remind students they have exams.

Hex hi, wisteria is looking lovely in your pics ....................ooops left the hose on the strawberry bed which is parched, best go move it.

Good evening Flyers  My working week is done and it's raining :j:j:j The garden really needs it and I managed to dodge the showers on my cycle home.

They're building some wind turbines really near me, which I pass on my way to the office. They look beautiful and as I cycle past I can really appreciate them; can't wait to see them turning :)

Made spinach and spring onion tortilla for tea, with sweet potatoes and salad - yummy :) Kitchen tidied; children to Scouts; DH is running, and after his shower we're going to have coffee, chocolate and a DVD
I dont think your the only one I havent bought a thing yet and have usually done most of DS by now:eek: It's will be here before we know it.

It's May :p Please no more mentions of the C-word until at least the 1st Dec :D

Some really put themselves out like even phoning to remind students they have exams.

And waste everyones time by ringing the parents of the children who have had fewer than 15 days off school in the 5 years they have been there.. who are obviously too stupid to read a timetable they have been given in triplicate. And she is support staff not a teacher.. and usually very nice.

Carpet cleaner sold.. YIPPEE!!! money in my pocket and a space made in the shed..

Can I have loads of vibes for OH please? We are really on edge waiting to see if he is going to get a NQT placement for August and it doesn't seem too hopeful at the moment. Every day for the last week we have been checking emails and post and nothing. There may be some possible temporary contract on the cards which we should know more about tomorrow but it is driving us mad not knowing.

It is at the football stadium

DH has his Chrismas works meal there - better venue than others we've been to, and the way they do the food is novel :D

Can someone explain why the list over covers Mon - Wed ?

The list goes up daily ;) Wed's list went up yesterday evening and Thursday's will go up later tonight :) Stops us being overwhelmed with seeing everything at the beginning of the week, and makes us focus on one room at a time :D

I officially started my birthday at 11, with coffee and cakes, had cards and a little present from the two assistants and colleagues, then did a few bits and came home.

    Happy birthday

TD on - my electricity measurey thingy came yesterday, and I have to say I may need to invest in some pegs . Small boys are doing some very 'troll in a cold pork futures warehouse' style measuring of what each thing costs to use :rotfl:.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Can you please tell me what you bought and from where? I'd like one but have no idea what to get :o
