All this said, I have never once looked at a 50Hz TV and said "Wow, look at the blurriness on that"
    Squirrel!
If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
    Now 20% cooler

Your saying its technically impossible? Ever?

I suppose if LCD pixels ever manage to make it to 1 microsecond response times they might.

Perhaps as this threads main topic is 600Hz, you could explain exactly what this 600hz subfield is all about? (That link you provided tells us absolutely nothing really, save that it actually runs at 60Hz)
The link I posted explains it quite clearly.

I have a C&G 224 to my name, so yes I do understand it.

Sorry but that means nothing to me

Anyways, please explain to the masses what this 'subfield' thing is all about

You gave the impression you knew what it was on page 1 right at the beginning, are you now saying you don't know what you were talking about?

Not sure why youve asked that but 'I' know what im talking about yes. You seem to be jumping all over the place without actually answering the questions

    l'll ask a specific question

    heres a quote ~
"Sub-field drive is the method used to flash the individual image elements (dots) on a plasma panel.
For each frame displayed on the TV the Sub-field drive flashes the dots 10 times or more, meaning that the dots are flashing 600 times per second (600Hz) or more.
    (Example: 60 frames per second x 10 sub-fields = 600 flashes per second)."

So are you in agreement with that statement. That each dot flashes 'on and off' 600 times per second in that example?
